Loud obnoxious music, empty like a ghost town, store clerk in their own world. Honestly, I feel for the owners ...but maybe they know and don't care.

Terrible experience buying paint from Sherwin Williams NOT honoring Curbside Pickup as Advertised!…read moreLongmont-Ken Pratt #1654 1197 Ken Pratt Blvd Longmont, CO 80501-6331 (303) 776-7037 On Saturday August 1st, 2020, I was excited to see that Sherwin Williams offered Curbside Pickup since I am in the High Risk category! Since I am staying at home I have lots of DIY projects that involve painting! So I got started on a pantry project, ordered the paint online. Paid for it no problem. Got my receipt in the email and it said that they will let me know when I can come and pick up my order. Usually within 2 hours. But they notified me in under twenty minutes. They said to have a photo ID and my order number handy and to call the number given and they will bring my paint out to the car. Perfect! So I did all. That. Got to the store, called the number and the clerk was really rude. He said I have to come inside. I told him that the web site says you do curbside. He replied, "yeah, we don't do that anymore! We don't do credit cards over the phone!" I Tod him I already paid for it! He started to yell, They aren't supposed to do that! He got increasingly rude. After yelling a bit more he asked what car I was in. I told him I was in the only car in his lot. He then hung up abruptly! After about 4 minutes he came out with a box. I had the back hatch opened up and I was holding my order verification and Photo ID. He literally slung the box into the back and started to walk away. I asked him if there were two cans in the box. He said what? I repeated and he said yes as he continued to walk away. I asked if he needed to see my order receipt or Photo ID but he just kept walking away. Doesn't make me want to keep doing business with these guys. Maybe better to just order Paint on-Line if you are in the At Risk category. This is no way to be treated for simply following the instructions given on the web site.

The did a great job of prepping the house. Scrapping where needed. Great job caulking nails and any joints and cracks. Primed where ever any bare wood was exposed from weathering and scrapping. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

It appears there is a mold problem and that makes this an OSHA health and safety issue. Thank you for your help today. The young lady at the cash register who checked me out was likewise helpful, professional, efficient and friendly with a great smile that made me feel good about my purchase. The one star review is because of the health issues in the lavatory - completely unacceptable - and for the attitude of the assistant manager at the check out and her acceptance of the grim conditions in the lavatory. And, as I think about this, she's probably a liar because if these bathrooms are cleaned every day my name is Jesus Christ. Jesus is VERY DISAPPOINTED by the management of this store.

We are thrilled to find a store that sells real wood furniture in a mix of styles and some with companies that can custom build with your choice of wood, finish, leg style, edge style, etc. We worked with Pete and Linda. The delivery guys were great, very careful with items.. True professionals, traditional quality service, great prices for higher quality furniture. Of note...while there may be some items that are good, better, best, the quality is overall higher than big box stores. Its very important to test the floor models out throughly to see if you like the feel of cushions, arms, back height etc. Some are made to be softer than others. We prefer harder cushions and straighter backs which is why we chose a custom Stanton sofa lounger. In response to Mr. GBCs post...yes if money is tight you can go to American Furniture and get cheaper items that will last only a few years. However if you shop at say Ashley or Sam Levitts, they charge thousands for poor quality furniture. The price with great sales offers I paid for soild wood furniture made in USA or another country was excellent for the item. To each their own.

Our personal style is more "American Furniture Warehouse" but in this case we did not find anything there that we liked, so we went to Woodley's and found several good choices. We chose MAVIN brand chairs, which were manufactured to our specifications and delivered in about five weeks (much faster than promised). Woodley's is a high-end store, and the products are high quality and expensive. They tend toward modern rather than traditional styles, but have a good variety. The products are usually manufactured to your specifications rather than delivered from their warehouse, and may take two or three months to arrive. Because they are made for you, you can usually get any choice of finish and upholstery. In-store service is knowledgeable and unobtrusive. This is a huge store and they had in particular a large number of dining sets.
