As a matter of fact they had a wide variety of grasses in both one-pound and five-pound sized pots. The lady employee was extremely helpful, she showed me where the grasses were and helped carry them for me. Previously I had purchased other supplies from Dreamscapes, but not dirt, mulch, rock, etc. So no, I did not realize that rock would be pouring over the side of my truck in large quantities and doing significant damage. If I had, I definitely would have taken further precautions. This is also something I discussed with you in person after the incident initially occurred. Maybe you forgot that conversation, but it seems to me like you're more interested in placing blame with your customers than taking any responsibility for your or your employees' mistakes (noting how you've responded to other reviews on here as well). I have no doubt that contractors who pick up materials on a regular basis know what to expect and plan accordingly. For those of us who are homeowners just trying to work on projects over the weekends, how are we supposed to know the risks and how to mitigate them if you don't warn us? You and your employees have every opportunity to inform the customer, but you actively choose to say nothing and do nothing.
