We've used Natura before and it was great (zero VOC!) and we just painted our kitchen with Aura -- also superb. It coats extremely well. Now we're working on the exterior of our house, and the Low Lustre exterior paint has been great too. Forrest did a custom color match to our existing front porch paint and it was perfect. Woo! Also, anyone who has a rescued greyhound gets bonus points from me.

He has often informed me of new products and sundries available that I wasn't aware of. The store is clean and welcoming, and his assistant, Heather, is great too. Forrest almost always has his dog with him at the store, she's a friendly rescued Greyhound. I have never had a bad paint mix from them (I am a regular customer) And it's a lifesaver for me that they carry samples in just about all of the Ben Moore colors. Some places that carry Ben Moore only have the limited palette of factory produced sample sizes, but Forest supplements those with the remaining colors. It's such a great feature. Since I am staying at home I have lots of DIY projects that involve painting! So I got started on a pantry project, ordered the paint online. Paid for it no problem. Got my receipt in the email and it said that they will let me know when I can come and pick up my order. Usually within 2 hours. But they notified me in under twenty minutes. They said to have a photo ID and my order number handy and to call the number given and they will bring my paint out to the car. Perfect! So I did all. That. Got to the store, called the number and the clerk was really rude. He said I have to come inside. I told him that the web site says you do curbside. He replied, "yeah, we don't do that anymore! We don't do credit cards over the phone!" I Tod him I already paid for it! He started to yell, They aren't supposed to do that! He got increasingly rude. After yelling a bit more he asked what car I was in. I told him I was in the only car in his lot. He then hung up abruptly! After about 4 minutes he came out with a box. I had the back hatch opened up and I was holding my order verification and Photo ID. He literally slung the box into the back and started to walk away. I asked him if there were two cans in the box. He said what? I repeated and he said yes as he continued to walk away. I asked if he needed to see my order receipt or Photo ID but he just kept walking away. Doesn't make me want to keep doing business with these guys. Maybe better to just order Paint on-Line if you are in the At Risk category. This is no way to be treated for simply following the instructions given on the web site.

My husband recently purchased two boards from here that we had cut at Budget. When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

I go in for art supplies but they also have paint and home decorating areas in store. The art supply area has many types of paper and brushes and a wide selection of different types of paint. I use leather paint and they carry Jacquard, however I do wish they would carry Angeles. They have all types of papers in an array of sizes and materials, and every kind of paint brush you could want, so head on in! There are only a few parking spots on days that it's busy, however that's only happened to me a few times. Overall, great store. Great products. Great staff. I come in often and will probably be in again soon.

I'm happy with the work he did, so am updating my rating to 2 stars. I still can't honestly recommend the company considering my original experience, but at least they did right by me in fixing things up. Seems like they DO care about their customers, so hopefully will be able to figure out how to avoid these kinds of problems in the future.

We contacted them fairly last minute with a…read morejob for refinishing all of our old wood trim, baseboards, and window sills, plus painting a few rooms. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.
