They really impressed us on their work and communication. For this project they put a flat coat texture on the drywall, then painted the entire house, and did some detailed work on some nice doors. The house looks beautiful, and their attention to detail was spot on. They did a stellar job, and were super easy to work with. Great communication, great results. The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

We were very impressed with his work ethic and the quality of his work. 4000 square feet took about 10 full days. Note that we saved ceiling update for later. No spills, no smudges and an overall beautiful job showing commitment and craftsmanship. We were so pleased that we gave him the job of painting our for sale 100 square foot condo as well and had the same feelings about his work. I was painting the entire condo located in downtown Denver in a renovated industrial building -…read morethis equates to high ceilings, multiple textures of exposed walls and lots of exposed piping in the ceiling and top of walls. Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

They were able to start within days of our HOA's ok. His estimate of one coat of paint was not enough, even over the same colors. So he came back over, agreed with us that it wasn't sufficient, and had the crew get more paint. No extra charge. The second coat did it. They did a careful job on the trim, too. We had to keep an eye on progress, but they were accommodating to our needs. Someone must have put something heavy on a cover to our strawberry patch and broke it, but that was minor damage compared with the folks who did our roof last year. Caesar's crew was efficient and also careful around my garden. We definitely recommend them.
