They spent a lot of time on prep work and clean-up, setting them apart from many others. They are hard working group that works in a very timely manner. We will be using them again when any painting needs come up. I highly recommend them.

Great stucco paint job by Gilbert and crew at BCP…read more Our new home had a dark stucco color that faded badly within 2 years. BCP coated the south and west sides with Loxon XP to lighten and weatherproof the stucco and exposed masonry. Gilbert's estimate was fast and detailed. The scheduling communication excellent. The paint crew led by Ignacio were punctual and easy to communicate with. They did a great job at masking, painting and cleanup...and they were fast. I'm a happy homeowner and recommend BCP highly!

However, I did not have a single item that needed post service follow up....and I am a very picky customer. They use the highest quality Sherwin Williams paint and their attention to detail is top notch. I highly recommend them.

They've made our new build house into our dream home! I can't speak highly enough about them. They did a light grey throughout most of our home then a dark green accent in the bathrooms and the great room fireplace wall. Thanks for everything Acerun, you guys freaking rock!

We hired Ken to paint the interior of a house we purchased that had scuffs, anchor damage, and…read moreother undesirables strewn about the premises, and him and his team restored the interior to "brand new" condition within 4 days. We requested several quotes via Yelp and got a wide range of availabilities and responses back. While some competitors were offering a cheaper bid, they also recommended techniques (spraying) which we felt were riskier to the new flooring. Ken's bid was the most expensive, but his earnestness and professionalism compelled us to go with him. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ken and Rob's work. Right when we closed on the home, Ken came in and did prep work that same day. The team spent 4 days covering the entire house in a color of our selection, designed to brighten up the home and make it feel bigger. While Ken made several trips to grab more paint and supplies, we were never charged more than our quoted price. Near the end of the job, Ken offered us painters tape to mark any spots that we wanted him to take another look at. We could tell he took pride in his work and loved what he did. Each time I stopped in to check on them, they were always hard at brush work (listening to quite the selection of music). Ken even pointed out spots that he wanted to personally take care of, even though we never asked for that - he is just that interested in customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Ken to folks in the future. His price was fair for the quality of work, and he was professional through and through.

Five stars doesn't even cover it…read more This is the second time I've worked with William Frates at Elements Painting &somehow the experience was even better than the first--ten years later. That alone says a lot. This was not a small job. We're talking full interior refresh: walls, trim, doors, cabinets--floor to ceiling, everything. And from start to finish, William and his crew were exceptional. They showed up on time every single day (sometimes early... and politely waited outside until it was time to come in). Professional, kind, respectful--every interaction. They even took their shoes off without being asked. That level of care matters. They worked fast, but never sloppy. Clean, organized, detail-oriented. And when I say they put everything back exactly as it was--I mean it. Which is saying something, because I didn't exactly make that easy on them. The end result? Better than I expected. And my expectations are not low. William runs a tight ship, and it shows in every corner of the work. If you want a team that treats your home with respect and delivers beautiful results--this is it. Would hire again in a heartbeat (clearly already did).

I asked the painters how long they'd need to be staying, after their ladders showed little regard for the tree providing the van's shade, and responses from the dreadlocked white guy in charge were rude and hostile. "I'll stay as long as I like." OK, legally your right, buddy. I like my neighbor, and I hope he does a good job painting her house, but I won't be using or recommending this company anytime soon. Seriously, I love supporting local business, but it's not that tough to accommodate the neighborhood you're working in.
