Gina was very helpful and patient as we thought through our options and we appreciated the line by line estimates for both materials and labor, which helped us to prioritize what we wanted done and stay within our budget. The project timeline was 8-12 weeks, and we were very close to that 12 week mark. They order all the materials ahead of time, so there aren't holdups waiting on some small item to arrive. We did move out during construction and the only communication was via a group text thread, which was frustrating at times. We had to ask certain questions multiple times and there was some miscommunication throughout. In the end, the results were amazing. Our kitchen and bathroom both look great, and we are very happy with the results! We have had to reach out about a few small fixes, and most of those things have already been sorted out. I walked into his location on a Saturday, found exactly what I was looking for and got a quote--all within less than 30 minutes. The price we paid was quite reasonable, a little over $3100 for material and installation for 33 square feet. Three weeks after visiting Stone Tops 4 Less, we have gorgeous new counters. The price, selection, process and quality of installation were all great. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I will definitely be calling Rueben for any future countertop needs.
