As a long time threader, I was excited to try this place out. A day or so before my appointment I was asked to move my appointment down by 15 minutes. Sure, no biggie. Then, the day of the appointment, I show up and get a text saying sorry she will be late. When I get in the building after she finally arrives I don't get an apology in person or an acknowledgment that I had been waiting in my car for her to show up.
