It was loaded up with cabbage, chili lime crema, and of course meaty lobster claw pieces, and was the perfect consistency of crunch with mouth-melting mushy butteryness. Since this is (good) seafood, this is one of the pricier food trucks, but you won't pay much lower for a lobster roll anywhere else either.
