She couldn't figure out the app. She started yelling at me that she's not going to honor this coupon coupon and then went inside and then again came back and started yelling at me this time I'm giving you donuts next time don't come back. She made me feel so small in front of other customers. She intentionally humiliated me because I'm paying less than the other customers. I will never come back here again. I file a complaint with too good to go up to I always supported this business because it's local but not anymore. read more

Awful customer service. I ordered yellow and red custom donuts for my son's bday. Mind you, their donut orders are $50. I ordered a total of 15 donut letters. Upon pick up, the donuts were pink (as pictured.) I asked for a discount so they could take responsibility for the error and the store refused. They told me it was MY FAULT I didn't specify a hue. You can clearly see the difference between the red sprinkles and light pink frosting. When I told them I will just take the donuts in my son's name, they refused to take a partial order. By principle, the store should have taken accountability, but they were quick to blame it on the customer. If you're going to charge that much for half a dozen donuts, get the order right. I strongly do not recommend. There are so many other donut shops that are worth it. read more

Told him what I was looking for. A dozen donuts filled with blue custard. He had some concerns with the custard showing since the hole that was made when filling usually left a little visible trace. This shows his dedication to quality, not wanting to sell something he didn't believe was quality. He said he'll work on a solution and he did. The donut was seamless. No hole. No visible traces. And he went beyond what I expected. He jazzed it up by dipping them in chocolate, adding toasted marshmallows, and a chunk of Hershey's. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing but decadent as well. The donut was delicious. Soft and slightly chewy and chocolatey. Definitely recommended. read more

What else is there to say about this place locals more local than me haven't already said? Service is quick and friendly and the selection is decent. The donuts (doughnuts) are fresh and pillowy soft. How good are they? Well, at least 1 fresh donut doesn't even make it into the house because it's devoured on the way home. No lie. Location: Between Prairie Avenue and Torrance Blvd. I swear, their sign is so bright at 6:30 in the morning, it's like a beacon for all carb lovers. Across the street from the 7-11. Donuts: For every place I go, I always get the twist and the glaze, the standard by which I judge all donut/doughnut shops. These guys passed with flying colors and of the 3 times I've visited, I have yet to be disappointed. I also tried their bear claws and fair warning- these things are VERY filling, but the amount of filling could be more inside. They also offer breakfast sandwiches and bagels with any filling you want in it. Pricing is more than reasonable. Beverages are the usual coffee, milk juice,etc and I haven't tried the coffee as I prefer my own coffee at home. Seriously, give these guys a try on your way to work in the morning on a cheat day. We live right next to this place, and we had been dying to try this hidden gem. We got four doughnuts: The sugar glazed with jam filled was AMAZING (probably so amazing that my husband and I were fighting each other over this one; then he tricked me and got the best of it..) The sugar glazed tail was our second favorite but not much fighting was involved.. Then, the chocolate glazed with cream filling was alright, I let my husband have it all. The prices were very reasonable and the place was alright. Maybe this is something that they should improve to make the client's experience better. Such a sad day in my doughnut loving life. This used to be my favorite doughnut shop in LA, and pretty much anywhere. Always high quality, generous on toppings, tasty and reasonably priced. I moved out of the area and haven't been here in 3 years. What a change, and not a good one. Price for half a dozen more than doubled in price. Quality drastically lower too. The chocolate in my old fashioned fridge as see through, unlike how they used to be. The glazed twist was very good though. Seems like they're much more focused on the fancy/decorative doughnuts, and have moved away from the basics. It's a true tragedy and a very sad day in my doughnut loving life. read more

Although I purchased the items in the afternoon, I had expected a fresh and high-quality product given the premium pricing of $4.50 each! Unfortunately, the bread tasted like old, crusty toast and was extremely hard and chewy to the point where it was clearly stale.I shared the cronuts with friends and everyone present had the same opinion. I called the same day to express my concern, I was told that the product I purchased was likely to be old because it was purchased late in the afternoon. I find this explanation unacceptable, as it implies that their products are only good during the morning hours??! .I am extremely disappointed in the lack of quality control and customer service provided.
