It's a soft peanut brittle that melts in your mouth. We were lucky she let us in because their other store was extremely busy and most of the shelves were empty. I ended up purchasing the cashew brittle, and wow--it was da bomb. Super unique texture: soft yet crunchy, and not crazy sticky to your teeth like most brittle. I also grabbed the classic peanut butter brittle, and it was just as impressive--rich, authentic peanut butter flavor without that overly chewy, annoying stickiness. Again, perfectly balanced between soft and crunchy. To top it off, I tried the little squares of brittle covered in chocolate... and they were unreal. Honestly better than a Butterfinger--like 100k times better. So goooooood! If you're anywhere near this place, do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't regret it.

He was the spoiled rotten, gluttonous kid who fell into the milk chocolate river in the factory, despite warnings of danger. Right amount of sugar too, this is not a sugar mill, otherwise no amount of mouthwash can erase the sticky sensation. Will not increase your dental insurance bills before the annual premium is due. Anything coated with tints of vanilla is super tasty. Once you pop those small pieces of handmade cacao, let everything swoon around your mouth. This will be enough to tame the most bad behaved of little children, think Jack Jack. Sometimes their custom orders will have new products based on the changes in different seasons. I know plenty of paparazzi members who would faint at the fragrant smell of so much chocolates. A toast to one of seven deadly sins. Some of the stuff is SOO DIVINE like Apollo's most finely created edible and most perfect primordial pebble! Or the cream of the crop of the many limestones used to create the traditional Calçada pavement haughtily constructed by the first tyrannical ruler who never had to possess the title of a member of a royal household (Mr. Marques do Pombal)! Who wouldn't envy the power to turn SOME objects into Godiva chocolates with the touch of one finger at this rate? It is jawbreaking how this place is smack in the heart of downtown Spokane, I rarely have to drive down to get here. I was super disappointed by the ice cream I received. The sauces were overwhelming, disproportionate to the ice cream. The sauces were way too sweet. I couldn't even taste the ice cream. The ice cream was fair, not rich and creamy. I didn't finish even half the ice cream, not worth the sugar high and dry mouth. My husband said the ice cream was the same quality as the store's... but more expensive.

At 7:43 PM, one of the workers came out from behind the counter and told about 10-15 of us in line that we would have to leave because they close at 8. She was very kind about it, and she kept saying "I hate having to do this," but it made absolutely no sense. She arbitrarily split the line, and decided some people could stay, but said the rest of us (5 girls ahead of us, and 7-8 people behind us) had to go. Mind you, the girls in front of us and our group were ALREADY IN THE SHOP. Everyone looked really confused, understandably. I've literally never had this happen to me before. I held up my phone to show the worker the time, and I said, "Its only 7:43. We have 17 minutes before closing." Others said, "but we're already in the shop" or "but we've been waiting in line for a while." None of this made any difference. We all still had to leave. Even though there was plenty of time to get everyone ice cream. And god-forbid they have to keep working until 8:05 or 8:10 to make sure patrons who waited in line could get ice cream. What kind of shop does this?? How is this acceptable? "Bad customer service" puts it mildly. I could spell out a million other better ways this could have been done. Do better, Scoop. Spokane already struggles in the ice-cream shop department. Please be a part of the solution, not the problem.
