We stopped by Just Chillin Eats and Sweets and had such a great experience! The frozen yogurt was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how we thought it would taste. You can tell they care about the quality of what they're serving. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel appreciated from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, making it an easy place to grab a bite or treat yourself to something sweet. Everything we tried was delicious, and we'll definitely be back to work our way through more of the menu. We wanted to try someplace we hadn't been but it wasn't a positive experience. First, 2 employees ignored us, though one did stare at us and 2 other patrons as we prepared our desserts. The toppings were clumps or powdered candy bits- nothing seemed fresh. The place was really dirty- in need of deep cleaning and decluttering. I was also surprised that there was no customer restroom, something I thought was a requirement. We really wanted to support local so it was a big disappointment. read more

The best ice cream sandwiches!!! Two huge cookies with yummy ice cream in the middle!! We had chocolate chip with salted caramel in the middle and oatmeal raisin with vanilla ice cream... so filling, we ate half there and brought the rest home, put them in the freezer and enjoyed the rest the next day... Service was awesome. And my sweet tooth was abated . Not a frequent treat because they're so rich but will definitely go back for more...treat yourself!!! You won't be disappointed. Love this place! As a frozen yogurt lover I have tried every frozen yogurt place Spokane and parts of Idaho have to offer! And this place is one of the best! I love all of the options they have for frozen yogurts and they always change it up too so you can try something new. I went to Just Chillin because it's my birthday and you're supposed to have a cheat day on your birthday. It's basically science. If you have a cheat day, you may as well just really do it, so my husband and I bought 5 cookie ice cream sandwiches to try them all. No, judgers we didn't eat them all in one sitting, but I considered it. Amazing. My favorite was the sugar cookie with lemon ice cream! Soft cookie, hard ice cream, and brilliant flavor combo. Every one of them were close to the best thing I've ever put into my mouth. PS I just heard that little voice in your head, don't think like that. ;) Visit this place! Great business in Liberty Lake, nice selection of frozen yogurt and toppings. They also serve 4 flavors of ice cream salted caramel, vanilla, chocolate and my favorite huckleberry. They make ice cream sandwiches with the 4 ice creams with different kinds of cookies and you can special order your favorite combination to be made that Friday. They also have some scrumptious breads and cheesecake. You can tell it's my favorite place! read more

If I could give 4.9 stars, I would, but this is closest. The customer service was very friendly. Walking in, you are met by a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They keep up with Covid protocols well, asking to sanitize hands before touching machinery, and using a mask mandate. They sanitize regularly, which was nice to see. There were a multitude of options; cookies, cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes in multiple flavors, bread in multiple flavors, ice cream, cookie ice cream sandwiches, frozen yogurt in multiple flavors with over 70 toppings, and pre-packaged options. The frozen yogurt tasted amazing, but was a little melted. It just looked like if I had come a little later that it would've been just right. They had dairy, and non-dairy froyo, and both tasted good. We also happened to taste the snickerdoodles which tasted good. The texture was almost perfect, and the actual cookie tasted good. There were multiple drink options, though I just got water. The fact that this place is locally AND veteran owned made it just that much better to support them rather than chain restaurants. There were 2 seating options, inside or outside. I think there were 2-3 tables inside, and 4-5 outside. It was a great day when I decided to try Just Chillin out, so I decided to sit outside. As a person with sensory issues, the environment was a little overwhelming, but I believe that was because of the multitude of choices. For people with sensory issues, I would recommend. The environment was pretty quiet, and the staff were soft spoken. TL;DR : This is a great place to support, I would highly recommend! read more

This is a pretty good frozen yogurt shop especially since it's closer to me than Froyo (which is my all time fave). It's clean, the staff are friendly, and they have dairy free options like almond milk macadamia and pineapple sorbet. I just wished they'd have red velvet or something other than cake batter or chocolate. They've got an assortment of toppings too and the best part is the rewards points. I actually really enjoy this place, but I just went. In and waited for 10+ minutes for someone who works to come out so I can get an icecream cone before a dentist appointment and no one came out :(. It really makes me sad because I love this place and their vanilla icecream is the best I've ever had! This isn't the first time I've walked in and no one has been in there when I've come in. It just doesn't make much sense because it's the middle of August at 1:30 pm. UPDATE: I went in again today and got my icecream! Sadly they didn't have any waffle cones but it's okay. Our grandson got up to walk around and she told my husband that our grandson needed to stay in his seat. I guess he wasn't allowed to walk around. I'm a purist.. I like creamy ice cream made the old fashioned way and hand scooped. That said-- for fro yo, their flavors are great. Belgian chocolate is tasty enough to fool your palette, also love the Horchata and Dole pineapple flavors. I love this shop and it's become a family favorite. It's nice having a place to take our girls that is clean, friendly, inviting and fun. The toppings always seem fresh and the yogurt is always delicious. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the bathroom. Having young children (especially during potty-training) I always hate asking if we can go in the back to use their bathroom since it's in the employee area and they have no signage up offering the use of their bathroom. The employees have always been gracious and allowed us to use it and that's another reason I enjoy going there. read more

What a great addition to Liberty Lake! Delicious yogurt, big selection of flavors, tons of toppings and cool atmosphere for families. They feature local artists, donate to charity and employ many of the kids in our neighborhood.
