Known for their soondae, but perhaps even better are their soups and kimchi! We loved this hearty meal and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of their kimchi as well. Everything is very generously portioned, and we left after the meal feeling absolutely ballooned. The owners are friendly and hardworking. Lots of indoor seating, can fill up pretty quickly even on a Monday evening!

This place was very clean, all of my silverware and glasses were shiny. The food was good but I felt it lacked flavor. The banchan was very spicy!! almost hard to enjoy. Typically there would be none left but due to spice I had to save it for later. I was looking forward to the egg but even that one lacked a bit of flavor. I was still happy. I just have had better korean food. I feel like Denver lacks this, which is why I took the drive to Aurora expecting to be blown away. I still cant find better korean food than a place back in the springs. The most delicious thing I had here was their broth. I picked the bowl up to my lips and all. I originally came here for the beef rib soup, but didnt see it on the menu so ordered the dolsot bibimbap.

Back home in Hawaii we have the same chain restaurant that sells the soondaeguk. I was obsessed with that back home and while I am out in Colorado, I was surprised to find this chain restaurant here too. So I had to go and try. The restaurant itself wasn't as big as the one we have back home but it's was a nice clean space and felt very homey. The people there are so very nice as well and they ask if you want hot or cold water. I opt for the hot water which is of course their hot barley tea. While I am here I order my usual soondaeguk and soondae mix plate. I order the extras because I feel like the amount of meat and sausage in the soup isn't enough lol that or I'm just a big eater!! Either way I'm always satisfied after that meal!!! I will say that the broth here has wayyy more flavor than the broth back home. I really like depth in flavor of the bone broth which made the soup taste so much better after adding in my salty shrimp paste and crushed perilla seeds to enhance the broth flavor!! If I'm in Colorado again, I'm definitely coming back here to get my soondaeguk fix!!!

Grilled intestines. By the way the kimchi here is amazing!

I was really craving some soondae soup and Moobongri has the best soondae soup in this area hands down! I ended up also ordering a family size platter of grilled intestines and I am so glad I did! It was so delicious and worth every penny. The ajumma who took care of me was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it but I assured her it would not be a problem :) the employees here are so attentive and caring it's as if you're eating at a family member's house haha. The interior was very clean, organized and very nice! The noise level was not loud at all even with almost a full house. This restaurant is known for Korean soups so if you're ever craving any this is the place to go! They also have other dishes too that are very delicious so definitely come here and check it out. I highly recommend Moobongri!

Moobongri is an area in Korea known for its soondae (Korean blood sausage) and is also one of the most popular, if not the most popular, soondae chain restaurants in Korea. Having had Moobongri Soondae in Korea before, I was both excited and nervous to try this location's. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the restaurant is squeaky clean from the dining area to the bathrooms. No matter how good the food is, if a restaurant is dirty, it's an automatic turn-off for me. The food was not exactly like the one I had in Korea but it was pretty close! The best thing here is the kimchi. The kimchi is probably the best and most authentic I have had in Colorado. The spicy soondae soup had a deep flavor and was really good with a healthy portion of meat. The side plate of meats was good but, again, just doesn't have that exact Korean flavor which is masked when put into the soup. I would definitely not get the tteokbbokki here. It was very watery and flavorless. No stars were taken away for the tteokbbokki though since they really aren't known for that. Service was spot on. We never had to wait too long on anything. Big thumbs up here because we had some leftovers to go and they have a cool plastic wrap machine that really secures everything. They also gave me some extra kimchi! This place definitely has the best soondae in Colorado!

Very interesting soup spot. Literal perfection on a cold day when you've wrapped up your shopping at either arash market or both. I had the oxtail which was very nourishing and my wife had the spicy beef brisket which had great flavor. Enjoyed the radish and kimchi banchans. Overall very satisfying meal. Will be more adventurous and try the soondae next time.

When I heard they had daechang which a large intestines I had to bring my family immediately! The other times I have come here I usually order the soups but the large intestines were a great dish to share amongst the four of us. The crispy outer layer and the juicy/fatty interior was perfect! It also came with a bunch of chives that were fried next to it which was perfect to cut through the fat. I can't wait to come back here and order this again! Also the aunties in the restaurant here always take such good care of their customers and show us how to eat everything.

When they first opened I loveed their soondae guk as their broth was nice and rich. But then the next couple months it started tasting mehh alright. Decided to visit again this week and its back to tasting rich and delicious!!!! they also now have alot more dishes added to their menu. I loveeee their donkatsu. And this time the katsu was MASSIVE in size. Definitely will be back to try the bulgogi stew (they were sold out of bulgogi when I went :/ its my favoritee)

Was in town for business and wanted something comforting in the cold. Decided to try Moobongri Soondae. Ordered Sullungtang and it did not disappoint like many stated. creamy and satisfying. Large slices of Brisket. Would recommend. Service was attentive and perfect. FYI Chopsticks and Soups are in a side drawer on the table.

Amazing Korean joint. Great flavor balance in their food. We got the Soondae Soup and the Spicy Pork Neck Bone Soup. Both soups were stacked with protein, easily worth the price point. Pretty useful how they let you customize the salt level of each soup to your preference and gave you plenty of additional condiments. You need to check this place out!

This place is amazing!!! If you are Korean and in Denver, please dine here. The kimchi is amazing to start. And the owner gave such a good portion of the soondae ordered as a small dish ($10). The yookgaejang was the best one I have had in the United States so far!! And just look at the portion size of the bones and meat on that soup. Amazing. Cannot recommend enough. And all that we ate as a group of two cost $55. The restaurant is clean and bright with big windows. I hope this place never changes. After such a disappointing experience at the tofu house yesterday, we were so thankful and fortunate to have dined at this restaurant!

At least for lunch combo, the thoughtful assortment of main dish and side dishes as well as soup of the day are very satisfactory. Their food is little bit more on a savory side compared to other Korean restaurants who use too many spices. Before I met Baekga, i was pretty disappointed in local franchises of Korean eateries in Colorado, but Baekga not only they have very calm and toned down atmosphere for pleasant meals, it is the venue I would actually bring my visitors to. The location is little far for me to explore their dinner menus but I would love to when I am nearby next time. Champagne kimchi was inspiring. I never had any kind of Kimchi taste like this. I really praise for the creativity. It would be a good pair with a variety of food such as charcuterie board, katsu, sausage dish, barbecue, and simple with wine! I personally liked Dakgangjeong, Beef radish soup (soup of the day), and champagne kimchi from my visit. Frankly, this venue maybe a polarizing Korean restaurant especially for Korean natives, but I personally think this venue deserves more recognition compared to other local Korean franchise in Denver/Aurora who just serve the food items but not the sincerity and/or creativity.

I'm glad we came and discovered another restaurant we can add to our list. It's def a more modern Korean restaurant from the interior alone. But food was delicious. I was interested in a lot of items on the menu u so it was hard to choose from. The dakgalbi lunch special was an actual full on lunch with sides and soup. The galbi tang was pretty good. The meat is some of the best I've had in CO. It was very tender and fell off the bone very easily. The La galbi was so good and flavorful. When it's mixed with the onions and veggies and rice, everything tastes really good combined. I would skip on the pancakes because they were a little burnt. We saw a different one come out and it was also burnt. Otherwise, eat around because it's quite flavorful.

The experience here is exactly what I want from Korean BBQ: lively, satisfying, and easy to settle into for a while. The cheese corn is an absolute must and easily one of the best sides on the table. The steamed egg was fluffy and comforting, and the meats were the real highlight. The pork belly was rich and well cut, the bulgogi was flavorful, and the short ribs were tender and cooked beautifully. This isn't an AYCE place like many other Korean BBQ restaurants, so expect to pay per meat selection. The prices are comparable to other non-AYCE restaurants in Aurora though. Total for the two of us: about $200, which included the tip. We dined on a weeknight so there wasn't a wait but I assume there is one on the weekends since the restaurant is fairly small. The interior was immediately green flags - l loved the decor and wood tones. It felt like I was in Korea! The menu is your typical pocha fare - soups, Korean pancakes, army stew, KBBQ meats. We ordered the jalapeño soy chicken wings, volcano pork, and the kimchi fried rice. My favorite was the chicken wings, really crunchy with good flavor and the wings were decently sized. The volcano pork came over a fire burner and cooked at our table. It was definitely pretty spicy but paired really well with the kimchi fried rice, which I thought could be spicier. The pork quality was ok but I really liked the flavors and the bean sprouts in the pot. I particularly love that K Pocha has zero sugar soju on the menu no sugar = no hangovers!) We each got our own side dish with 4 side dishes. There was cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and a soy braised potato with fish cakes. I love a good hot stone bibimbap because of the crispy rice and this was CRISPY. I loved it. The side dishes were the perfect compliment to the dishes too. I will say my only complaint is the beef wasn't as flavorful as some other places but with how much food they're cranking out with only 2 people, they're doing a pretty great job. Overall, I would probably go here again if I was in the area and wanted a got stone bibimbap and didn't mind a wait but its definitely not a place to go if you're starving due to the potentially long waits.
