Monument tails is a great company. We would recommend them to anyone who is in their service area and has a new pup. Our dog Zoey is pretty energetic and can even be a trouble maker, but they were always helpful and worked with us to do what worked best with her. Their group walks are great and the website lets you see any updates and pictures from the walkers. The walkers may change from day to day, just as an FYI, but they are all good. Elizabeth and her team are flexible and let us cancel appointments day of if we were working from home. We ran into one of the walkers one day when we were in the process of moving, and Zoey was so excited to see the walker and her doggie friend. That's when you know they treat her well! Zoey will miss her friends from monument tails when we move to Medford! Thank you for all of your hard work and for putting up with Zoey for the last year! read more

I can not say enough good things about Monumentails! The service they provide us is professional, reliable, extremely convenient and with the utmost care for my 3 animals, they are simply fantastic! I have a dog who is so happy going on her daily walks with Jessica. Everyday I get a notification from their web-based pet technology service telling me when she's picked up, dropped off and how the walk went... It provides me with such piece of mind! My 2 kitties are always well taken care of and they go the extra mile to care for them as their own when we are away. Elizabeth the owner is always such a pleasure to work with and there when you need the extra help For your pets. If you are researching dog walkers or cat sitters in the Charlestown area... There aren't enough stars to rate Elizabeth and her staff! I have a "special" 8 mos.old puppy,Stella, who has been quite challenging, to say the least. I honestly don't think Stella would be the puppy she is without their guidance, their patience, and their commitment to providing quality care~ Elizabeth takes a personal interest in the welfare of your pet. She emails just to see how your pet is when she knows your dealing with issues. She has connected me with a trainer who was "superb" and also connected me with my current vet who I truly respect. We would be lost without the services of Monumentails! : ) I could write a "book" about the adventures of Stella and her challenges and what our walker, Zel, has had to put up with....but she keeps coming back, and for that we're grateful! read more

We have been using MonumenTails since we got our first two puppies 2.5 years ago. Elizabeth and her dog walkers has been so wonderful and accommodating. I work as a freelance contractor so my work schedule can change pretty quick but Elizabeth has always been really flexible and accommodated any changes to our dogs walking schedule. We have also used MonumenTails as dog sitters a couple of times when we been out of town and it has been wonderful as the dogs can stay at home in an environment and routine that they are used to. I cannot praise Elizabeth and her staff enough, but even more importantly is that our dogs loves her and all her friendly dog walkers. read more

We have been using Monumentails for over two years and highly recommend their services to all our friends in Charlestown with dogs!! Monumentails was awesome when our dog was a puppy, coming in twice a day to make sure he was okay, then we transitioned him to groups walks with other dogs. Elizabeth and her dog walkers are so friendly and care a great deal about animals. Our dog loves his walker Kailey and we know he has a great time on his group walk! The pet check technology makes it easy to monitor his walks and pay via electronic banking. Monumentails provides a fabulous service and goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and their pets!! read more

Monumentails does a great job with our dog Lucy. We've Elizabeth and her walkers for over 2 years now and it is a great company with great people that actually care about our pup (and not just doing a job). We've left our dog on numerous occasions with Monumentails for boarding and our dog always looks forward to spending time with Elizabeth. One of the things that I love about Monumentails is the technology they use to let us know when our walk has started, completed, and any notes from the dog walker. The technology is also used for billing which makes our life a snap as there is one less thing to worry about. read more

Elizabeth and the Monumentails Crew are wonderful! We have been with them for almost two years. They are very reliable and even accommodated us through last minute schedule changes and emergencies. We had went through a time where my dog was not well and having medical issues. Elizabeth and the Walkers all went the extra mile by caring, helping, and granting extra attention to our dog's needs. Our pup was also boarded with Elizabeth while we were out of town. She graciously welcomes them into her home and gave our pet the best care, which put my mind at ease when I was away. They deserve more than 5 stars! read more

Elizabeth and all of her walkers are amazing! They are always attentive and put up with our ever changing schedules. They even board our dogs overnight for us--even with very short notice! For our wedding, Elizabeth even came and met us with the dogs up at the Bunker Hill monument so we could take a few pictures with them. We love the "Pet Check Technology" system they use, so we can keep track of the timing of their walks, what they did and it makes payment much easier! They go above and beyond, have affordable prices and we highly recommend them!!! read more

We have used Monumentails for the past year and canot say enough great things about them. Liz and her team of walkers are wonderful. Our dog absolutely loves her walks each day with her walker and pup-friends. We especially love that they use petcheck technology and we receive emails when our dog is picked up and dropped off (including notes about the walk & how our dog did each day). They are always super accommodating if we need to add or cancel a walk last minute. We highly recommend Monumentails and would not trust our dog with anyone else. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars to Monumentails. Elizabeth and her staff are amazing! I had a pit bull for 13 years and as she aged, Elizabeth worked with me to provide personalized care for her. I now have another shelter dog who has had issues with anxiety, aggression, etc and with the help of Monumentails, she is doing great. She really cares about every animal as if they were her own. She is also super accommodating and is very responsive. I wouldn't let my dog walk with anyone else (and I don't think she would want to anyways :) read more

Pretty simple here. If you're looking for a reliable person to take care of your pet, Elizabeth is definitely the one. We called her 1 day before a long holiday weekend to see if she could watch our big, old, lovable golden retriever "Oscar". We were absolutely in a bind. It's not easy to find people who are willing to look after larger dogs, but Elizabeth stepped right in and took great care of him. The price is as good as you can expect. If you're looking for help in the Charlestown area, this is definitely the company to go with. read more

Liz has taken amazing care of Otto (our lab/golden mix), and bailed us out on numerous occasions. Liz always lives up to her promises, is on time, courteous and professional. Otto can be a challenge, especially when around other dogs, but this was no problem for Liz. She was able to handle his quirks and actually helped train him to behave with other dogs! I would HIGHLY recommend Liz to anyone that is looking for piece of mind and a reliable walker for their dog. read more

Elizabeth has been walking "Tucker" since he was a puppy! She always was prompt and never once (in 6 years) did he miss a walk. She is very trustworthy and we have never had an issue. She has also been a lifesaver, helping us out when "Tucker" needed a last minute walk due to work issues. Lastly, she has taken "Tucker" for us on weekends. He gets to hang out with her family and does not even want to come home... we feel so much better than a kennel" read more

I adopted a chihuahua mix about a month ago and I began using Monumentails straight away. I was recommended to them by another dog owner in Charlestown. I am very happy with the service! Sylvia and Elizabeth have been great and my little guy gets out and keeps socialized 3 days a week. The Petcheck Technology they use is awesome as I know when my guy is picked up, dropped off, and what he did during the walk. Highly recommend! read more
