Paws In the 'Ville is the best in the business! We've been with them since November of 2017, when…read morewe adopted our Jack Russell Terrier, Max. Jack Russells are notorious little crazed beasts, with an intense amount of energy. Having PITV as our walker has done wonders for Max. Elizabeth is his walker and is absolutely beyond phenomenal. She cares for Max as well as (or possibly better!) than we do. He's weird around other dogs, but she has worked closely with him and created an environment when he walks with ELEVEN other dogs in his group, without a hitch. Elizabeth sends us amazing pictures of Max every single time she walks him, and is excellent at communicating with us regarding his behavior (good and bad!). Paws in the 'Ville provides an absolute reliable, friendly service. We were brand-new dog owners when we started with them and Seana did everything we needed to assist us and created a huge level of trust. When we needed to switch walkers after one left PITV, Max had some issues transitioning - barking like crazy when a different walker came to get him and refusing to go with them. Seana worked closely with us until she found Elizabeth to work with Max. We felt completely supported throughout. I can honestly say that PITV is absolutely the best bang for the buck. It's beyond worth every penny we spend to know that Max is in extremely capable hands. Great communication, great community, great owner, great walkers. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Kelly has gone above and beyond what I expected from a dogwalker. She's always on time, reliable, and friendly. He couldn't be happier and it shows when he gets home and falls asleep after letting out a big, content sigh, as if to say "today was a good day." If you're debating between dogwalkers and unsure who you can trust, all you have to do is look at Kelly's blog and ask yourself if you'll be able to find anyone who cares more about dogs (and lets it show)? http://penziblog.com/

We started sending our puppy to playgroup with them when she was very small and have been working with them for over a year now. They all have a magic touch with dogs; they are incredibly talented at getting them to listen and always shower them with attention. They've also done an incredible job during the pandemic, and they have all taken great care to be safe and wear masks, etc. We are moving, and, honestly, our dog Octavia is possibly going to miss this team most of all!

The training we do with him is really reinforced by Jordan, Kerry and Melissa and their walks with him and his playgroup. We feel completely secure in leaving Harry with them and he really seems genuinely happy in their company. This service could not have worked out better for us. My dog Violet was stressed being alone all day while I work (trying-to-dig-her-way-out-of-my-condo kind of stressed). Cassandra and her daycare set-up ended being the perfect fit. When she had Violet and I come over for an introduction, Violet relaxed quickly and made herself at home on Cassandra's sofa, just like she'd do at home. I found that Cassandra is a delight to work with: she's very communicative and responsive and willing to accommodate special requests where she can. I was nervous about Violet's first day because she didn't love another, larger day care that I tried, but Cassandra sent me pictures of a happy dog before I had even gotten to my office. These days, Violet can't wait to get inside to see her friends. This is a dog who used to need to know where I was at all times and would never choose to go with someone else if I was there. Now she doesn't even look back at me when I drop her off. And I love that.
