Dan treated her like a queen and she loved him. After Sydney "went to college" at the age of 17, I adopted a very shy rescue, Jeta. She can't be left with just anyone and could never go to a kennel - but I knew she would love Dan. (I have seen Dan on the street walking other shy dogs and he has a reassuring rapport with them.) Sure enough, he knew how to approach her and she trusts him. On his first overnight, she cuddled up to him and nudged him for attention - amazing since my family can't even pet her. BPS genuinely love the dogs they care for as if they were their own - texting, calling, leaving notes because they know my dog is my world. I would never consider any other service.

Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.

I got daily picture and video reports, and Shari kept me informed of Bea's eating (which was a concern for me). She even brought over a sample of dry food for my picky cat baby to try and she's eating it! Shari visited at the same time each day which kept Bea in her routine, which I really appreciate. Working with Shari included a meet and greet with Bea before I left, and she was very responsible and flexible with figuring out logistics with visits, keys, etc. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a cat sitter in the Fenway/Back Bay/South End area.

Kai was super thorough during sign ups. She came to my house for a 1 on 1 consultation (COVID safe of course) and talked to me about Tilley's needs and what she could offer. I ended up having Tilley walked 3x/week. I swear my little girl had an extra wiggle each time she came home from her pack walk. Matt was Tillz dog walker and I truly have nothing but great things to say about him. He is prompt, so nice, and Tilley absolutely loves him. He is the only person she will bolt downstairs for at the door (she's a little lazy, I usually need to give her a little tug). She came back happy, exercised, and exhausted. All the things I want my little fur-ball to feel after a nice long walk. Also, I had a training session with Bria and she is a lifesaver. She trained me how to train Tilley and I've never looked back; Till is like a different dog now. I will 100% be using her services for training in the near future. All in all, I highly recommend Happy Paws for all of your pups needs (I say pups because no matter the age, all dogs are pups). If you're in the area, the team certainly won't disappoint!

From start to finish--these guys were fantastic…read more I used an offer these guys had on Yelp, and had trouble inputting the code so I ended up not paying them up front (whoops! sorry guys) Ken reached out to me with specific instructions but also offered that I could pay once I meet the sitter, Molly. Molly worked according to my schedule and came by without a hassle on Sunday before our trip. She was VERY pleasant, and even Steven (our ever shy kitten) even came out from under the bed for a brief hello. Molly had a notebook and specific questions as I showed her where steven's food and litter were kept. I think most pet owners who hire a sitter tend to be fussy. I ended up texting Molly more specific instructions and requests leading up to the trip--all of which she handled without question or complaint. She also had to deal with getting concierge to open our apartment door every time she came by. Steven was fed and had someone to play with in the comfort of our apartment. We got notes and pictures of the furball every day that we were gone. We came back to a clean food bowl and clean litterbox. I am beyond satisfied with Pet Watch Boston.

I went on Thanksgiving break to visit the family, and decided to check out Pet Watch Boston because it had the best reviews. And now I know why. Ken is awesome. He came and met Stevie and checked out my apartment for no charge before break. I have a weird key situation and he was really easy going about that and we figured out a way for it to all work out with no worries. He sent me detailed reports of Stevie's life every day (even on Thanksgiving). I am really, really impressed with his professional and also casual attitude, and I know that he actually cares about his clients, and spends time with each critter individually. 10/10 would recommend, will have Ken cat sit Stevie again.

First, the fact that they literally stand by their name, One Dog At a Time, is the most comforting thing in the world to me... There's no pile of dogs waiting to jump all over my guy when they bring him out - there's no dragging the dog by the leash because the other dogs won't stop - there's no concern about whether he actually went to the bathroom or not - as Michelle and Claudia actually walk ONE DOG AT A TIME! That makes me and our boy so happy that the attention is on him, and not distracted by a bunch of other dogs. Second, is the fact that Michelle and Claudia are dog owners and truly dog lovers to the bone, I know that Sollie is getting love and attention, and he's not just another dog on their list of dogs. I drove by Ringgold park and saw Michelle sitting on a bench with Sollie, cuddling and massaging his face. Sollie's tail was thumping out a beat that could be heard across the park, and it made me smile from ear to ear to see my boy getting spoiled like that. So instead of worrying about your dog being walked as part of a mass pile of dogs, and instead of wondering if your dogs got a great walk where they were able to go to the bathroom and get some personal attention, leave all that behind and call Michelle and Claudia.
