Mary is always so responsive, kind and flexible - which is so important when you have a dog. There have been multiple occasions where we need to switch days, length of walks, or add on an additional walk. Mary has almost always been able to accommodate us! My pup can be nervous around new people when her humans aren't around, and they have all been wonderfully patient with our pup. Typically there's one walker who is assigned, which is wonderful for consistency, especially when she was younger. Her whole team is amazing - Sophia, Jen, Matt, and Debra. Thank you for helping us care for our fur baby!

I let Jennifer know about the my dog's specific routines, as well that she is diabetic. When I returned a couple of hours later, I found that my instructions regarding her meals were directly disregarded. Not only was there mess of fecal matter left at the back of our home, but I found that Penny had another full bowl of kibble despite her eating prior to me leaving her. Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.

We all miss Sheri!…read more She has been our cat sitter for many many years. Now that I've moved to Florida, I appreciate her even more. She is incredibly reliable (before she arrived, I had horrible experiences with other reputable cat sitters) and the cats like her - not an easy feat for all three of my cats. I highly recommend her as a sitter - and wish she would move to Florida as well!

I got daily picture and video reports, and Shari kept me informed of Bea's eating (which was a concern for me). Working with Shari included a meet and greet with Bea before I left, and she was very responsible and flexible with figuring out logistics with visits, keys, etc. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a cat sitter in the Fenway/Back Bay/South End area.

She offered me a business card and mentioned that she walks a number of dogs in my apt building if I ever needed any help. Most days I work from home, but sometimes I have to travel for work and I can be gone for a week at a time. With my husband working long hours I decided to first give Wanna Go Out a try for my puppy's daily potty and exercise needs while I was traveling. I called Wanna Go Out and had an initial consultation with the owner (Jen), who was very professional and also easy going and approachable. We discussed a few different options that might be best for my pup and started with a couple of solo walks. After a few solo walks with our walker Elle, my little guy was cleared for group walks with other dogs. I couldn't be more grateful for this as it has really helped to better socialize him with other animals and with people too! Wanna Go Out walkers provide great feedback on how the walks go (verbal when I'm home and notes or text messages while I'm away). Also, their website is easy to use for scheduling. And billing is easy peasy! I've used Wanna Go Out for group walks both while I'm working from home and while I've been out of town. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and I completely trust my walker, Elle. She is the absolute greatest!! I can say with 100% certainty that I would recommend Wanna Go Out. They are pet people. And they are people people. In my experience I feel as though they have gone out of their way to make sure that both me and my pup are happy.

The team at Boston Fetch is respectful, responsive, supportive, kind, trustworthy, and fair. Most importantly, they've treated our dogs like they are their own. They send a report after every walk with a map of the walk, a short comment about how it went, indicators of the dog's actions (pee, poop, water), and the BEST photos of the dogs - who always look so happy. While they most often walked around the neighborhood, James would sometimes go the extra mile and take the pups to Franklin Park for an extra special adventure. We trust Boston Fetch so much that we had James as our sitter for our 2 week honeymoon - during which we were often without service or otherwise not able to answer. Kai was super thorough during sign ups. She came to my house for a 1 on 1 consultation (COVID safe of course) and talked to me about Tilley's needs and what she could offer. I ended up having Tilley walked 3x/week. I swear my little girl had an extra wiggle each time she came home from her pack walk. Matt was Tillz dog walker and I truly have nothing but great things to say about him. He is prompt, so nice, and Tilley absolutely loves him. He is the only person she will bolt downstairs for at the door (she's a little lazy, I usually need to give her a little tug). She came back happy, exercised, and exhausted. All the things I want my little fur-ball to feel after a nice long walk. Also, I had a training session with Bria and she is a lifesaver. She trained me how to train Tilley and I've never looked back; Till is like a different dog now. I will 100% be using her services for training in the near future. All in all, I highly recommend Happy Paws for all of your pups needs (I say pups because no matter the age, all dogs are pups). If you're in the area, the team certainly won't disappoint!

Molly worked according to my schedule and came by without a hassle on Sunday before our trip. She was VERY pleasant, and even Steven (our ever shy kitten) even came out from under the bed for a brief hello. Molly had a notebook and specific questions as I showed her where steven's food and litter were kept. I think most pet owners who hire a sitter tend to be fussy. I ended up texting Molly more specific instructions and requests leading up to the trip--all of which she handled without question or complaint. She also had to deal with getting concierge to open our apartment door every time she came by. Steven was fed and had someone to play with in the comfort of our apartment. We got notes and pictures of the furball every day that we were gone. We came back to a clean food bowl and clean litterbox. I am beyond satisfied with Pet Watch Boston.

I went on Thanksgiving break to visit the family, and decided to check out Pet Watch Boston because it had the best reviews. And now I know why. Ken is awesome. Hands down, the best dog walking service in Boston... actually, the best anywhere that I've found!…read moreI met Michelle and Claudia a few years ago when I got my lab puppy, and knew that I wanted and needed someone special to care for my little babby when I wasn't around. First, the fact that they literally stand by their name, One Dog At a Time, is the most comforting thing in the world to me... There's no pile of dogs waiting to jump all over my guy when they bring him out - there's no dragging the dog by the leash because the other dogs won't stop - there's no concern about whether he actually went to the bathroom or not - as Michelle and Claudia actually walk ONE DOG AT A TIME! That makes me and our boy so happy that the attention is on him, and not distracted by a bunch of other dogs. Second, is the fact that Michelle and Claudia are dog owners and truly dog lovers to the bone, I know that Sollie is getting love and attention, and he's not just another dog on their list of dogs. I drove by Ringgold park and saw Michelle sitting on a bench with Sollie, cuddling and massaging his face. Sollie's tail was thumping out a beat that could be heard across the park, and it made me smile from ear to ear to see my boy getting spoiled like that. So instead of worrying about your dog being walked as part of a mass pile of dogs, and instead of wondering if your dogs got a great walk where they were able to go to the bathroom and get some personal attention, leave all that behind and call Michelle and Claudia. The best dog walkers, hands down!!!
