Kate called and told us what was going on and offered to come by later that day when we were home with Rose to reintroduce herself. Since then, Rose hasn't had any problem and absolutely adores her daily walks. Kate is wonderful, she leaves a note everyday with a summary of their walk. She often sends photos and updates from the walks. She doesn't mind any change of schedule and is fine with late cancellations. She is also great for different collar/walk training advice.
