He knows on Tuesday mornings he has to get ready early and spends the entire drive there with his tail wagging excitedly. This once very anxious and unsure pup now looks forward to playing and "going to school". He is always worn out and sleeps for like 2 days straight after attending. Tubbs also has a lot of allergies and needs special attention to those medical things. They make sure he never comes even near any of his allergies and i fully trust he is getting great care. Whenever we do an overnight stay, they make sure he takes all his meds, update me on his visit and has lots of fun playing. We love the pooped pooch and are totally of the belief that everyone should be going to doggy daycare - especially them if you live in the dorchester area!!

You said your groomer gave our dog a standard puppy cut for a Maltese. There is no standard puppy cut for a maltese. Even if there was a standard puppy cut, your groomer and I had a 15 minute conversation where we discussed the style of cut I wanted, which included a round face with some length to it. I even showed the photo (which she asked me to text to her for reference during the grooming) to help her. Not once during the conversation did she mention she would just do a standard Maltese cut. You seem to be suggesting that your groomer ignored the wishes/instructions of her client. When I collected Alfie, the groomer apologized for cutting him shorter than I asked. She said she had made a mistake on his face on the first attempt, stating that it looked like her husband, so needed to go short to correct it. Again, no mention of ignoring our wishes and doing a standard Maltese puppy cut. Furthermore, the hair on the left side of his rib cage is shorter than the right side (Surely not part of a standard puppy cut?) The groomer also did not pluck the hair in his ears, which is a basic service. Finally, your Go Sox comment is completely inappropriate. It makes the business look unprofessional and like you don't take your client's comments seriously.

I was so lucky to find them last minute when I was going away for a month. I was only going to hire them during the time of my month-long training, but when I got back I noticed what an impact the walks made on Lana's daily behavior habits. After that I hired them permanently and they have been walking her every week since. They have so much love for animals! they are RELIABLE, TIMELY, AFFORDABLE and have vast knowledge of dogs! During their initial home visit, they took careful notes and came prepared with a contract for us to fill out prior to leaving. Our cat, Opal, is really shy, but Martyna and Jeremy were ready to spend whatever time she needed in case she ever wanted to come out for attention. They also watered our plants (which looked healthier when we got home than when we left!), and took in our mail. We were so impressed that all of these services were offered at such a reasonable rate. All in all, Martyna and Jeremy were absolutely wonderful. I love that Paws does free meet and greet consultations to get to know your dog prior to just scheduling a walk (like Wag or Rover). Our adopted pup Rosie needs an experienced walker with the patience and care that Joel was able to provide, completely understanding as she is settling in and also getting leash-trained. We had a terrible dog-walking app experience because the walker was not a professional but just a college student who wants to make money while also getting the chance to pet a dog (despite us noting our needs). Long story short our girl got out of her harness AND collar as the walker was not able to properly approach the situation. Joel made the effort to acquaint himself with my pup and every time he walks her, he sends multiple photos and detailed accounts of the walk - including any good, bad, or odd behavior your dog may have exhibited/engaged in. Huge for learning how your pup may be developing - especially without you there - and if there's anything you can address sooner. Matt was Tillz dog walker and I truly have nothing but great things to say about him. He is prompt, so nice, and Tilley absolutely loves him. He is the only person she will bolt downstairs for at the door (she's a little lazy, I usually need to give her a little tug). She came back happy, exercised, and exhausted. All the things I want my little fur-ball to feel after a nice long walk. Also, I had a training session with Bria and she is a lifesaver. She trained me how to train Tilley and I've never looked back; Till is like a different dog now. I will 100% be using her services for training in the near future.
