Glad I went with ASR. Throughout the whole process, I was impressed by Bryan's Professionalism,…read moreresponsiveness, and technical knowledge of details as he had 10+ years of roofing experience and now handles sales for the family business, which gave me a lot of confidence during the project. Importantly, there is no subcontracting unlike some other roofing companies which stated their use in fine print. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).

After setting up an appointment I spoke with David the sales representative and from the first day he was straightforward and was thorough in explaining everything about the new roofing system I was interested in getting installed on our home. He was able to answer all my questions as I had quite a few. The quote I received from Certified roofing for re-roofing of my home about 1700 sq ft single story and detached garage was very competitive and backed with the appropriate license for roofing and reputation of a respectable company with years of experience. The re-roofing team lead by Omar showed up on a Monday morning and got to work right away. They were quick and hard working. He asked me which part and I told him they said the shingles look good but the flat looks like there might be a problem. I told him I was looking for an assessment. He seems uptight and condescending. He was yelling down to me from my roof. He asked if I had leaks and I said no. He proceeded to tell me I have to have leaks and I'm probably just not seeing it. His demeanor came off rude. I asked him again for an estimate so he said he'll measure. I again yelled something from my roof so I didn't hear him. Asked me if I wanted him to look at anything else before he came back down and I said no. Once he got back down, I asked the estimate again since I did not hear him and he kind of shrugged me off and gave me the estimate.
