They were punctual and patient with me as I missed our appointment time the first time. Irving was very kind and made another appointment for me. His crew came and didn't need much other than the door to the roof. They sent photos of what needed fixing with their quote and again of what they fixed with their invoice. The roof looks great and I'm not worried about rain now. The quote was on the higher side but because of their professionalism I'm glad I went with them. I highly suggest them if you want a real good job and won't just do the minimum. Thank you Terrazas Roofing!

I can't recommend Terrazas Roofing enough…read more Back in March 2023, I had several missing tiles that were causing a leak inside my home. This was during one of the busiest seasons, so many homes also had roof issues from the rain. I also had a work trip approaching, so I was calling quite often to see if there was any chance I could get scheduled before I left. I was definitely a very persistent caller, but the sales coordinator at the time was so incredibly patient and understanding. He was patient every single time I called and truly did everything he could to make it work. They were able to fit me in within two weeks, and because of that, the leak didn't get worse. The team did a fantastic job and even helped seal a small area near the roof that was causing an unrelated leak in another part of my home. I was genuinely grateful. Fast-forward 2.5 years later to this summer. I noticed a few sliding tiles and called again. Three tiles isn't enough to justify a full project visit on its own, but because Terrazas had another job nearby, Irving kindly arranged for their team to stop by and replace them free of charge since they were already in the area. That level of care speaks volumes. Terrazas Roofing truly takes care of their customers, even years later, and they really make you feel like you're in good hands. Communication is always fantastic. They are honest, consistent, and transparent. Irving was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend Terrazas Roofing!

I needed to find someone to inspect a water leak that became a problem with the recent rain…read more I found Parkside Roofing on Yelp after a short research and knew I wanted to contact them over the many choices listed when I read over their reviews. Dave was prompt in responding to my Yelp inquiry and got me scheduled within just two days. He was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process- from the first contact to the last. I received an inspection and estimate on a water leak from the wall near the window and upon his thorough inspection of inside, outside, above the home with a drone, Dave came to a conclusion that it was most likely related to the window itself. He spent his time explaining his findings and going over the condition of the roof which demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. He told me to do a water challenge test from outside the window since he'd rather do the least invasive thing first, rather than go straight to the roof since he didn't see anything visibly wrong with the roof. Within 48 hours of the inspection he emailed me photos of the roof that he took with his drone and an estimate of the roof repair if I were to need it. Dave was a pleasure to work with and he will definitely be the person I contact and refer to others when there is ever a need for any roof work!

Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Or make sure it rains in the warranty period!

They reused the tiles and installed the plywood decking and underlayment, and replaced rotten wood. It was during a 2week period of rain. They were extremely organized from the bid to billing to the real work being done. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Thank you Prestige!

Did my research and got several quotes from various companies. The owner (Francisco) gave a very reasonable quote for the work. My flat roof was about 1200 sq ft. They replaced the entire roof in several days, replaced much of the fascia wood and primed it all (haven't decided what color paint yet). I felt that this company was honest with pricing and reasonable. So many people are taking advantage of insurance companies demanding major repairs that may or may not be needed and there are a lot of roofing companies that are overcharging for work. They were very transparent about costs, did the work quickly and professionally, cleaned up, and were kind to my family. Very thankful for their work!

Of the three we called...One never called back. The other one and All Service Roofing came out to do an estimate. The first company came out and gave an estimate that cost $$$. Bryan from All Service Roofing came out and did an estimate and found the same issues as the other company. When it came down to cost, All Service Roofing was a fraction of what the other company quoted. On the day of the repair, Carlos and his team showed up in the timeframe that was agreed upon and started working right away. They uncovered the roof tiles and started the repairs. They worked quickly and efficiently. The whole project took about an hour to complete. What amazed me was amazing to me was that All Service Roofing did the same work as the other company and did a fantastic job at a fraction of the price. I would strongly give Bryan and his work manager Carlos a call for your roofing needs.

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars because of Jose, the foreman. He was amazing to work with, attentative, and prompt. Salt of the earth! Carlos, the owner, was also amazing, prompt, straightforward, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my roof. Roof itself 5/5. No complaints. However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

I was provided with a non English speaking crew, which made it hard to communicate important details. Because of this, I was never informed that my previously installed EV charger would create a solar permit issue. That oversight ended up costing me an additional $2,000. For a company charging at the higher end, I expected clear communication and a thorough review of existing electrical work. Instead, I was left paying for issues that should have been identified upfront. My advice to future customers: - Make sure they thoroughly review all prior electrical work done in your home. - Ask specifically about permit implications before signing. - Get clear confirmation on who will be onsite and whether they can communicate effectively with you. - Do not assume they will proactively flag electrical conflicts, you may be asked to pay for corrections later. The company is on the expensive side, and I accepted that cost in exchange for what I believed would be a smooth, well-communicated experience. Unfortunately, the communication breakdown and unexpected added costs did not justify the premium pricing. Proceed carefully and ask very detailed questions before committing.
