John was able to get the quote right away. They came out and explained the remedial process and they will place a tarp down in between just in case it rain because we have heard stories of holes being damaged in between tear down and the inside being exposed. Overall they did the project quickly and no issues. Solar would get a 4 star. Their solar guy Nick came out and quoted and was reasonably priced and was able to start right after the roofers. I figured they will work on scheduling together. There were some delays and changes to the contract due to their suppliers but they were able to compensate for the changes. We needed/wanted the project completed before the federal tax incentive ended. They didn't finish everything but close. OK now to why they are getting a rating of 2 stars. We are still waiting to get PTO with SCE since October. I signed the necessary paper at least 3 if not 4 times now. The solar was completed in January and now (10/23) it's not approved and I have been texting everyone in the office including Angel, Crystal and Hazel with minimal updates unless I text first. They would say I would be hearing updates regularly And weeks will go by. The last message was they will head from us by end of the day and nothing. My brothers solar has yet to be finished too. They installed the solar on the roof that is compromised after they inspected and started it was fine. They promised to remove the solar to reseal the roof and that has yet to happen. His solar was also installed in January and it's been 10 months and counting with no updates. Now to top it off I referred my friend to have their roof and solar done. She is having issues one after another with the fact there is no communication on the guys coming out. They randomly come and leave. They are really upset their mailbox was damaged and the workers never mention anything but instead got upset they were reported and now their work has been shorty. I'm very embarrassed to ever recommend them. I really hope it's an over sight on their end and will step up and communicate better with their customers. I cannot say I would recommend them to anyone from this point unless they some how fix and make this right and get the projects done when promised

The associate who first came to assess our roof and give us a quote was super informative and respectful. There was no "hard sell" and he patiently answered all of our questions even though we were in the middle of other renovations and told him we wouldn't be making any decisions that day. He said "no problem" and sent us the quote to look over. Two months later we booked the job and were thrilled with the results. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Specialist Roofing & Repair sent out a supervisor and fixed the issue-- no charge, no delay. All under warranty. The workers…read morewere great but halfway through my Roof replacement Francisco pulled the old 'bait and switch' and told me that it would be an additional $1200 for some repairs he found once the Roof was off. This is classic when dealing with low level Contractors and was not part of our Financial Agreement. To add to that, one of my Tiles was blown off shortly after my Roof was finished due to high winds. Luckily the falling Tiles didnt hit one of our Cars in the Driveway. Francisco refused to come back and fix the damage and told me to contact my Insurance. Wow! They even lied and said they came out to take a look when I was away because due to my work Schedule which they didn't. I checked my Cameras. Otherwise the Roof looks good bit my problem is they dont stand behind their work and lied.
