Adam came out shortly after I contacted him and upon inspection, said that our existing roof had another 4-5 years left. I still asked him to quote the project and his price was competitive with the other 4 bids that we received. Only one of the other 4 companies were honest enough to tell me that I did not need a new roof at that time, so All Pro was already the standout from an integrity/honesty standpoint. Fast forward to this year -- my wife and I decided to proceed with our roofing project, and so I reached back out to All Pro as well as a few other roofing companies. All Pro's price was again very competitive with the other companies, and Adam took a lot of time to explain the installation process and the difference in shingle options, so we decided to select All Pro as our vendor of choice. His crew removed the old roof in a day, identified and replaced existing wood and facia as necessary, and installed our new Certainteed Presidential TL roof in country grey in about a week. Everyday, his crew thoroughly cleaned up any debris, dirt and nails around the property. As shown in the pictures, the roof came out beautifully and we are very happy with the All Pro experience from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Pro roofing, Adam and his team.

Our neighbor had had their roof done by Everett so we saw how they worked and got a good recommendation from her. I called Mike for an estimate and he happened to be in our neighborhood and came right over to check the roof etc out. He was prompt with an acceptable quote and gave me a timeline for starting and finishing. The crew arrived on a Sat morning, unfortunately it was the beginning of a terrible heat wave. But the guys got the roof stripped by noon and the cleanup was perfect! The plywood crew arrived Monday am and I told them to knock off when it got too hot, even if they had to take an extra day to complete the job. Tuesday the shingle-ers came and like Mon, worked until it was really unsafe to continue due to the heat. Weds the whole job--house and garage--was nearly done and on Thurs just the final touches were finished up. All aspects of the Everett crew's work was very satisfactory--the roofing itself looks great, not only are the new shingles attractive but Nate had the old unused vent pipes and old satellite dish removed so it's much neater up there. The clean up was as expected and the communication with Mike, Nate and Eddie was constant. The guys were all careful about not damaging my gardens and Eddie even rehung my patio shade sails for me!! So I heartily recommend Everett Roofing based on our experience and results!

I settled on Everett Roofing due to pricing and labor warranty. (10YRS, not that you're going to need it) I had a few questions and Mike was quick to answer. We gave a small deposit and set a date. A crew arrived to strip the old roof off and hauled away the material. Whew what a mess, but they did a good job to keep it as clean as possible. Next came Nate, Edward, Mark and Emilio and a load of material. A couple of days later and here we are with a new roof. Mike, Nate & Crew have been doing this for many years and they know what they are doing. Everyone was polite, hard working and didn't push or look for extra work to charge me for. So you need a roof? Give Mike a call and see what he can offer, cause if anyone asks me I'll tell them to contact Everett Roofing!

Five stars, and Top Roofing Services earned every one of them. Top Roofing gave us exactly the kind of experience we hoped to have when taking on a major home project. Our project manager Ever Diaz was fantastic, and he was upfront and honest about something every homeowner should know going in: once they open up the roof, there can be damage that wasn't visible during the initial assessment. We suspected might need a full replacement, and yes, we did but Ever showed us thorough evidence and we were prepared for it. Ever's honesty about that possibility from the start helped us trust him immediately. His crew was professional, hard-working, and kept everything clean throughout the job. That's no small thing when you're talking about a full roof replacement. When the job was complete, you'd barely know they were there, except for the beautiful new roof they left behind. What really set Top Roofing apart was the support we got beyond the job itself. Office manager Amy G. went above and beyond. She handled all the permit coordination seamlessly, and weeks later when we received a random letter from the County Assessor's Office, she took the time to help me complete it. That level of care and follow-through is rare, and we genuinely appreciated it. They do quality work, keep things clean, and actually take care of you through the whole process. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity.
