David C came out to give an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He answered all the questions I had at the time and he made me feel comfortable about pursuing this project with PRS. I was given three quotes for the various levels of roofing they offered (good, better, best) that were all very reasonable. I decided to go with the best quote. Work started on my roof a little over a week from signing the contract. The crew assigned to the project were great, beginning with the project manager (pm), Ulises A and foreman Jay. The pm was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated the status of the project continuously. Once the old roof underlayment was removed, he made repair/wood replacement recommendations supported by pictures and explanations. All the members of the crew led by foreman Jay, worked methodically and in unison with one another. At the end of each work day, they all did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris. I was even alerted that they needed to access my neighbor's side yard to retrieve all the debris that landed there. I was elated with how thorough and meticulous they were with cleaning at the end of each day! Thank you Premium Roofing Systems, David, Ulises, Jay and crew for your diligence and hard work. I applaud pm Ulises for his professionalism, approachability, attentiveness, willingness and patience to answer all my questions, and attention to detail. He educated me and made sure that I was comfortable and satisfied with the work being done. I would not hesitate to recommend Premium Roofing Systems to anyone in need of roofing services.

We had some issues relating to the gutters, which were not related to the re-roof itself, but Chris and Blake wanted to make sure that everything worked perfectly and so paid us a visit a few more times after the job was complete and made absolutely sure that the roof channeled water in perfect coordination with the gutter system. I have worked with many roofers throughout my career in property management and Barnett Roofing is the absolute best of them. The entire crew worked seamlessly work together in unison to finish my whole reroofing in 3 days. I was initially skeptical since others stated 5+ days, but I could see how organized and efficient the team was. Since roofing is expensive and stressful, I made sure to get four other competitive quotes from other roofers. The price from ASR came out the best with the same specs, but I would still have went with ASR even if they were more expensive, just because of the trust I had in Bryan. Throughout, I got to meet Bryan's father, Frank who has 30 years of roofing experience and was accommodating to my needs such as when I requested protection of my garden during tear-off. I also met Bryans brother Steven during the shingle installation, which reinforced the sense that this was a family business that genuinely cares about the quality of their work. Finally, after the installation was finished, the team still cared very much about passing inspection for permitting and to ensure their reputation is upheld. Even after payment was completed, they continued providing follow-up support when needed, which gave me additional assurances in their commitment to quality. I highly recommend All Service Roofing (ASR).
