I texted him at 9:23 AM about when he would be sending me the estimates for either the repair or the entire roof underlayment replacement. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. If it's this difficult to get a hold of this company to give them money for their service, it might be impossible to get a hold of them once they have your money.

The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. This was a huge project with our roof having 17 valleys which required extensive planning and precision installation. The total job cost was in the six-figures. We could not be happier with the outcome. Chris Barnett and Blake Cox were consummate professionals not only leading up to and throughout the job, but afterwards as well. We had some issues relating to the gutters, which were not related to the re-roof itself, but Chris and Blake wanted to make sure that everything worked perfectly and so paid us a visit a few more times after the job was complete and made absolutely sure that the roof channeled water in perfect coordination with the gutter system. I have worked with many roofers throughout my career in property management and Barnett Roofing is the absolute best of them. I found them via their outstanding reviews here and so thought I should complete the loop and make sure that others know what my experience has been.
