The team did a wonderful job removing the pine and cleaned up the front yard beautifully. While Clint was there, I had him assess the trees in the back and paid out of pocket for him to prune and shape them. Clint also advised that we consider removing two small ash trees in the back in the next few years, as they will eventually grow far too large for the space. The trees were planted by the original homeowners, and while I'm sad they will eventually have to go, I'll definitely call Clint and his team to come out to handle that work. The complaint comes from someone who tried to direct their work on a tree in the common area, and they properly followed the approved instructions from the Association Board. The owner/arborist (Steve) knows trees, discusses honestly whether a tree needs trimming or can wait a few more years, and the crew does great work. One Trip has been the primary tree trimming service for SDSU and UCSD for years, with good reason. We have never had reason since we started using them to even consider a different service!

Scheduled for the next business day. Our trees were neglected to say the least. They trimmed 2 king palms, 1 other and cut one down. They worked so hard!
