It was so scary and we had to abandon our vehicle due to not being able to get roadside service right away. My family and I had to leave our vehicle behind an alley and run to find a safe place to find a tow company. I called a few places and they told them our situation and they were quoting $600+ plus to tow and drive us back to the Valley. I ended up finding Hawks via Yelp and decided to give them a call. I ended up speaking with a nice individual and he quoted us half the price. They came to our rescue and had to bring a flatbed due to the type of vehicle we had. He drove us all the way from Lynwood to the Valley. It turned out to be a great experience. I spoke with Mike on the phone. He sounded very professional and caring. As I explained the situation to Mike, he said he could be there in 20 minutes and he could tow the car to the nearest tire shop, so the car's tire can get repaired/replaced the next morning when the shop opens. He also said he would turn on his emergency light on his tow truck, so my son could identify him. Mike showed-up within the 20 minutes he promised. He carefully inspected the flat tire and determined it is something can be easily fixed. So, he fixed the tire on the spot and my son was able to drive home safely. This not only saved us the expense for towing the car, it also saved us from the hassle of going to the tire shop and pay the expenses for repairing or replacing the tire. It was under the 10 freeway and close to the entrance. It was getting dark and only had two flares. I took to yelp to find a tow service near buy and found Andy's towing. Luckily he answered and he said he could be at my location in 10 minutes! Andy arrived and I was saved! I was originally going to tow the car to my parents house and figure it out in the morning but in the car ride I asked Andy if he knew any reliable mechanics that worked on BWMs. He said yes my friend at Thong's Auto. He called him up and he said he's be able to fix my car! Ended up towing the car to the shop. Turned out to be excessive wear and tear on the rear axle.
