WORST TOW COMPANY EVER I wish I could give them less. they were originally scheduled to be at my house between 8am-12pm. After no call back by 2 p.m. I call the office to see about an updated arrival time. The lady in the office said she would call me right back after she called the driver. So, I had to wait even longer(because I have nothing better to do on my one day off). At 4:30, I had to call the office again, because the driver didnt pick up. The office lady kept apologizing and said she would call back in 10 minute, she "promised". Needless to say, the last time I talked to the office lady was at about 7 p.m. and She said the driver was on the way. The tow company is about 2 hours from my house, so at 9, I finally got through to the so called driver, and this worthless punk, really started catching attitude with me saying that it was 10 p.m. And they were closed. I tried to tell him that they were scheduled to be at my house almost 12 hours earlier, and that the only reason I was even calling was because his office told me he was on his way. He continued being extremely rude, and said it was 10 o'clock and they were closed. So apparently, this business does not value customer service at all. He was crying about it being 10 like I wasn't waiting on him since 8 in the a.m. So bottom line, it Doesn't matter if you have an appointment at all. Customers Clearly aren't their concern, as they dont go by their schedule, they do whatever they want without any concern for what their "customers" have going on. I have never been more disgusted in any so called business ever. All the other reviews must be family members or employees. Wasted my only day off for nothing. Now I gotta find a different company. read more

Brad is the best! I work in commerce and was on my way home when my car wouldn't start. I needed to find a towing company quick and Montebello towing was the first thing that popped up. Montebello Towing is a life saver. I bought a car a couple years back and I had purchased insurance. My car broke down and I was waiting for 2 hours for my insurance to send a towing truck, it never came. The closest towing company was Montebello Towing and they were able to assist me super quick. Brad came to help out, a super nice guy, who told me everything was going to fine. My car has broken down before but I had the easiest time with Montebello Towing. Thanks Montebello Towing! Brad helped me out of a sticky situation, super cool guy. My battery was so dead that I couldn't get it jumped and I thought something far worse was going on with my car. I called Montebello Towing, afraid that my car was done-for. Brad showed up very quickly. He was nice enough to try jumping my car again instead of immediately towing it and, thank goodness, the power from his truck revived my car long enough for me to be able to drive it myself to buy a new battery! This place came in clutch! My car broke down and I was stranded on the 60W, I called the first towing service I found on Yelp and boy, am I glad I did! My car broke down on the 101 in the worst traffic on such a hot day. I called Montebello and they sent out Dave who was such a big help! He got there as quickly as possible and was so friendly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PERFORMANCE I was on my way to the Citadel Outlets to pick up a few last minute gifts for my friends' birthday party and I got a flat tire out of nowhere! Being the girl that I am, I panicked because I was unfamiliar with the area. Quickly I began searching towing facilities nearby and Montebello Towing appeared in my search. I decided to give them a call and a man by the name of Patrick picked up. Patrick was very accommodating and reassured me everything was going to be alright. I let him know my whereabouts and he quickly arrived to the scene. Patrick was very delicate with my car from loading it onto the tow truck to unloading. When we arrived at the towing facility, Patrick asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. The wait was a little under an hour and he quoted less than I expected to pay! One day I was driving to pick up a friend to go to a comedy club. On my way there I noticed my car started to make a strange noise that occured off and on days prior to this day. All of a sudden smoke started to come from the engine area, so I signaled and pulled over to checkout the problem. I was driving and out of nowhere I started hearing weird noises come from underneath my car. Then my car started to rock vigorously. Turns out I ran over something that flattened not one but 2 of my tires. I didn't have a spare on me. I searched online immediately for the nearest towing company, Montebello Towing came up.
