The chickpeas and corn added a savory and sweet mildly chewy texture. We added the trout and it was excellent on its own. Crispy skin, perfectly cooked and salted. Pan Roasted Chicken: I was surprised there was only one bone in this! The meat was tender and juicy, well cooked. I can't remember exactly how it tasted because we scarfed it down so fast, but trust that it was good. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie: You can't have a meal without dessert. The pie filling is similar to halva - sweet, soft, light and fine. Great to share between two, but would also be excellent for one...
