They were thorough with the cleaning and even tidied things up along the way. I actually enjoy cleaning and find it therapeutic, but when life gets busy, having someone like Zumala step in means I can focus on everything else going on. I'm so glad I hired her and her team, and I plan to continue supporting the business. Thank you, Zumala, for taking one thing off my plate. It means a lot to let someone into your home and trust that they'll do a great job and that you can leave them to it without worrying. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in her work. 10/10, would hire again!

We had biweekly cleanings for 5 months, and things mostly went very well. However, towards the end…read morewhen the owner didn't accompany her husband and the other employees they weren't as thorough with cleanings (spilled cat food and didn't clean it up, didn't vacuum cat hair on the stairs). We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

They came without a vacuum and there is a damage in my hardwood floor!!…read more I hired this cleaning service based on their great Yelp reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. For starters, the shower doors were still dirty after the cleaning, which is one of the main areas I expected to be spotless. Additionally, several of my glass end tables were left with visible spots, even though I specifically requested attention to detail on those surfaces. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for thorough and reliable cleaning, look elsewhere.
