It was through and through a pleasure working with Jaime and Laura of J & L Cleaning Services…read more Jaime was great to speak to during the initial phone consultation, clear and straightforward in terms of how their services work and sharing a ballpark estimate to ensure we were aligned. He immediately arranged for his partner Laura to come that same day for a thorough walkthrough on what exactly we were seeking. She offered her own perspective on additional cleaning they could do beyond what we requested - loved that involvement, and very amenable on price. An organized and prompt team, they sent an invoice to confirm expected services and price prior to our quickly-accommodated cleaning. I don't often see this among cleaning services and appreciated the transparency and efficiency. Communicative and reliable, Laura and another team member arrived on time and spent several+ hours taking care of everything promised down to the small details (baseboards, switches, tops of trash cans and so many appliance surfaces, kitchen counter arrangements, organization of our guest alcove, etc.). I'm so pleased to have found a friendly, trustworthy, and genuinely high-quality cleaning service right in our immediate neighborhood. They're passionate about what they do, and it shows. Jaime, Laura, and their team are the best and I look forward to having them at our place regularly.

As a result, we'd only done the bare minimum in terms of cleaning: the bath tub hadn't been scubaed for a long time; the stove was filthy... Prior to R&T, we tried Amazon Home Cleaning service because of the low cost. However, it was a terrible experience: the first group didn't show up and couldn't be reached at all (not even by Amazon's customer service); the second called 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time to cancel. (Disclaimer: since the sample size is only 2, it is not meant to be representative of the average Amazon Home Cleaning service, but a mere reflection of what happened to us.) R&T was a completely different story. Robert was very responsive and came for an estimate right away. During the walkthrough, he thoroughly explained how everything works. On the day of service, Angelina came on time and cleaned every corner beyond our expectation. We were surprised and grateful to see how clean everything is! The stove surface might be the best example here. The areas around the dish pans were covered with black buildups, which we thought were impossible to clean. But after Angelina's work, it looks almost new! ((I wish I had taken photos of before and after). I highly recommend Angelina and R&T to anyone who needs a good and carefree cleaning service.
