They were thorough with the cleaning and even tidied things up along the way. I actually enjoy cleaning and find it therapeutic, but when life gets busy, having someone like Zumala step in means I can focus on everything else going on. I'm so glad I hired her and her team, and I plan to continue supporting the business. Thank you, Zumala, for taking one thing off my plate. It means a lot to let someone into your home and trust that they'll do a great job and that you can leave them to it without worrying. I tried this team for the first time. Timing chosen was 12:30 pm, they showed up at 12:05pm which…read morewe didn't expect or confirm. I chose deep cleaning for bathroom and light for kitchen. Team wasn't as communicative or friendly. The kitchen still has crumbs on counter tops, still pet hair on some surfaces. I mentioned it and she said it's just light cleaning in kitchen, which is why it's still not 100% clean. I understood no interior but exterior only. In that case I shouldn't expect crumbs/loads of loose hair on counters, near sink area. They used the same towel, that had other dirty stains and lint on for all services, not sanitary! I had to clean spots near my sink and bathroom myself after they left, which really defeated the purpose of the service. Really bad service! VERY disappointing for what I paid. Wouldn't pick again or recommend. 2nd response to your message- this is Yelp and everyone is allowed to share their feedback. I never confirmed 12pm, when someone is at your door waiting, you have no choice to let them in. As for the cleaning, whether it's light or deep cleaning. I have no reason to fabricate a story. The kitchen, even simple wiping, I found crumbs on the counter, it's was half done, like no effort went into. As for the bathroom, that I requested and paid for deep cleaning, I still found obvious marks near the sink, tub doors and toilet. So for deep cleaning, that wasn't properly cleaned, but half ass. I had to clean some areas after you left, that doesn't make sense for deep cleaning and $100 just for a 10x8 size bathroom alone, but I proceeded. You're entitled to your opinion, As I am my own.

I contacted several cleaners on short notice for a weekend job and went with Amy at Maid 4 You…read morebecause she is very responsive and courteous, communicates effectively, prices the job fairly, and is an absolute mastermind when it comes to details. I am giving Amy a 4.5 star with the half star taken off only because her employees are not as experienced or detailed as Amy, and it really shows in their work. It took 3 visits and 10 people to finally get the entire job done. Day 1: I was extremely impressed by Paola and Victor's work on my master bathroom, particularly the double shower! They removed 15 years of hard water, calcium, and soap residue on the sliding glass doors that I have tried and failed to clean using all kinds of google and youtube videos. They also did good work on vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the ceiling fans, dusting light fixtures, wiping a dozen vents, scrubbing the bathroom sinks and faucets, and got the stove about 60% clean. With that said, they were on the job for 3 hours and did not do the other half of the work. Day 2: Amy arrived the next day and cleaned the lower level entry area of cobwebs, but could not stay. She directed a second set of employees and left Marcia to supervise. They scrubbed the closet shelves, cleaned the medicine cabinet, removed cobwebs, wiped some windows, wiped the countertops, wiped closet shelves, and did other unsightly tasks. They were on the job for about 2 hours and it was 75% complete. Day 3: On the 3rd visit, Amy took lead and got the rest of the job done. She and her team cleaned the microwave and stove, cabinet interiors and exteriors, secondary showers/tubs, sliding doors to the porch, black bbq station soot, and much more. The oven was the star of this cleaning day, though it was a miracle that the black soot came off after power washing at 280° failed. Whatever their secret cleaning ingredient is, it works!! Shawn from Brown's carpet cleaners was subcontracted and did a phenomenal job shampooing the carpet in 3 bedrooms and 2 stairs. I highly recommend Brown's. Thank you Shawn for the efficient and effective work, and Amy for the connection! I highly recommend Maid 4 You. I love supporting local businesses, women owned businesses, and small businesses. If Amy trains her existing employees to even 80% of her level of expertise and detailing, her business would take off. I wish her all the best and I hope you will give Maid 4 You a chance or 3 like I did. The 3rd time's the charm! I am VERY satisfied with the job and effort. I especially appreciate that Amy was accommodating on such short notice and she was persistent on getting the job done right, no matter how many trips it took. Thank you, Amy!!!
