Aug 2026 service call…read more Eric was out today. Incredibly professional and his attention to detail is awesome! Bonus, he's as kind as he is professional. Braden, Eric, Jason and all, have always been so accommodating for our schedule and happy to answer our questions when we have them. If you need a service like this, I sincerely doubt you'd be disappointed. We certainly haven't been. We look at them as more than just a service company for us. We care about them individually, the same as they've shown us that same kindness and care. When we've had family emergencies - it's easy to say a kind thought, but when they do it, it's felt. Especially Eric & Braden, only because I've personally dealt with them most often. All of the company is amazing and are great about our service needs. I recommend them as often as I can to neighbors and online. I don't do that easily, I only do that for those truly deserve it. They do!

I've used them multiple times for ants, wasps and spiders. They are always responsive and thorough.read more

I had a great experience speaking with Daniel, the owner. I reached out about a wasp/bee problem…read morethat's been taking over my backyard. After hearing what was going on, Daniel was upfront and honest that he didn't want to take the job because what he could offer wouldn't provide a permanent solution. What really impressed me was that instead of just ending the conversation, he stayed on the phone with me and took the time to offer several ideas and suggestions for how I could handle the problem myself. He didn't make a dollar from our conversation, but he absolutely earned my respect and future business. It's refreshing to deal with someone who puts honesty and helping people ahead of simply making a sale. I'll definitely recommend Daniel to others and won't hesitate to reach out to him if I need his services in the future. Thanks again, Daniel! Really appreciate your time and advice.

Dan told me that there was the possibility that the storm might have killed them due to the freeze. However, he checked all around the house to see if he could find any wasps. He also treated the area where the wasps had been nesting. Dan did not charge for his visit, and told me to call him if the wasps appeared after the weather was sunny and warm again. Thus far, I have not seen any wasps. If they appear in the future, I will certainly call Dan again. Not often do you find a person with this kind of integrity. I certainly recommend Dan and Eco Tech Pest Control!

#ServiceShoutOut to Axiom, Crew and Kobe for their call to action and quick response! I reached…read moreout to four separate companies and Axiom was the only one that actually returned my call. I found wasp nests under the ridge line of my roof and between the louvers of my home vents. Crew explained in detail what their service would include, including the removal of said nests and treatment applications. Kobe (the service technician) came to my home within 3 days and further explained the services including nest removal, spraying, and granulation, as well as why follow-up care is crucial. Even though I initially contacted Axiom, I was given the promotional cost normally given at door to door sales. Plus it was a better value in comparison (another company later posted to my inquiry at $649). No high pressure! Thank you Kobe and we'll be seeing you in 6 weeks!

I scheduled a call with them to come remove a wasp nest so the HVAC guy could do this work safely…read more I thought we were good to go but then I get a message the morning of the appointment that they cancelled the service call because I don't have a card on file. I'm not doing recurring services with you, so you don't need my card on file. That's a super sketchy policy if it's a hard requirement to do any business with this company that you must entrust them to keep and store your card information safely. If I'm doing a one time service call with you, you don't need to save my information anywhere, or how about acting like every other company and send me a bill or invoice for the deposit and final cost and I'll just pay it. What really irritated me though is not a single courtesy call that the appointment would be cancelled, no attempt to explain, nowhere on the one time service call agreement I signed did it say anything about auto-cancellation. I responded to their cancellation message and they didn't even have decency to reply. In the end it was easy money they left on the table for what ended up being a quick, simple task. I would avoid this company due to some sketchy business practices and lack of professionalism.
