He is extremely professional, and he has a variety of equipment options for treating the pest problems, ex. spider fogger. I have had 2 great experiences with Matt. We had a squirrel infestation that Matt addressed by closing the hole. He was going to temporarily install a one-way door, which I thought was a great solution, but we could confirm there were no squirrels present so we were able to skip that step.
