Moving to the third floor of an apartment complex was nothing for this team. They have a system down to bring everything from boxes, couches, to the very large and heavy Purple bed we have. The teams have always been accommodating to our needs. Three of our moves happened in the midst of COVID. Movers were respectful and wore masks. Movers also accommodated us by removing their shoes when moving a couch onto our clean livingroom carpet. We were lucky to have had Jared help us for two of our moves. He is professional, experienced and a real pleasure to work with. We were attempting to move a couch to the second floor, and during the move, he called that the couch was just too big, so we stopped the move before we damaged the walls or the couch. No company is perfect but I respect Monster Moving for always standing by their word. We once had a move scheduled for Saturday. We received confirmation emails confirming that Saturday. However one Saturday no one came. Typically we would receive a call earlier in the day to confirm when they would arrive. This Saturday, we didn't but we didn't think anything of it. We called Monster Moving asking why no one had come. Apparently they had scheduled us in the books for Sunday. We sent them the email that it was supposed to on Saturday. In about 30 minutes, they were able to assemble a team, get a back up moving truck, and the move commenced as scheduled. We've used Monster Moving for ALL of our moves and we HIGHLY recommend them.

While I do appreciate quick service, they were a little behind. Found out at the pick up they had to almost completely take our refrigerator apart. They broke a kitchen window and were on their way to our home. When they reached our home, there were a few hours worth of them, trying to put our refrigerator back together and we found out they left that barbecue grill had one of the areas broken. Which was not the way it was picked up. Our kitchen light was broken. we caught that after they left as well and our refrigerator door was not put back together properly so we had to pay someone else to come and fix that. While I am a huge supporter of new businesses which they are or war at that time, those small issues are what make me give this company three stars. As far as service and communication I would easily give them a four. As far as a new business, I wish them luck. But highly advise that they be much more mindful of clients property both what is transported and the interior of one's home.
