My sis, her hubby and I went to check it out and we were not disappointed. I had sautted calimari with garlic and white wine sauce that exquisite followed by Imperial pasta in white creamy sauce that had chopped shrimp and clams which was also super delicious. Our server was very friendly, personable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dominic's Gourmet Italian to anyone heading to that area of Escondido.

There was an antique car show taking up every spot, but I know that's not the norm. The breadsticks were tasty and came with an outstanding red sauce. The burrata was yummy. I heard the Diavola sauce is spicy and really good. I went with the Chicken Marsala and it was solidly good. The chicken was tender and juicy. The pizza was delicious, and the burrata was yummy. My son had the linguini and meatballs. He thought it was huge and very good. My daughter had the Alfredo... My fettuccine is better Our server was friendly and attentive. For two adults and two kids including tip it came out to $100. Overall, a good, reliable Italian meal! No complaints!

There's a parking garage that's basically a five minute walk away and validate your parking for the first two hours for free so that is cool! We had reservations, and were quickly accommodated upon arrival. The host was extremely friendly and the environment had a feel good energy vibe. It was a beautiful day to eat on the patio. Everyone was having a great time except for one crying baby lol. But that happens! The food was absolutely delicious, but let me start with that lemon drop martini. Wow! Super delicious. I could've probably drank a dozen of them. The focaccia was cooked perfectly. I thought the Montanara we're going to be like little pizza dough bites that you dip in sauce, but they're actually three giant pizza bites with different sauces and toppings! Very surprising to see, but pleasantly surprised. They were delicious! A nice crispy crust on the outside and a soft fluffy inside. But the star of the show for me, was the pappardelle with the Buona Forchetta (V) SAUCE!!!! Cream, egg yolk, parmigano, spicy marinara, black pepper... and I added crumbled Italian sausage for the win. The vibes were on point, the food was amazing, the drinks were delicious, everything was a win. I would definitely recommend this Italian place to just about anybody. I'm hoping all the other locations are just as good!

Great atmosphere as well. Honestly you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu! I recently tried their gluten free focaccia bread and I have not stopped thinking about it because it was so good. Literally can't believe it's gluten free. I also had the due pomodori with shrimp and it was also heaven. Can't beat their pasta! My other favorite sauces in the past have been their carbonara, buona forchetta, and aglio olio e peperoncino. Also their lunch menu is delicious too!

Our reservations were a little later in the evening but the restaurant staff was amazing and welcomed us in with warm smiles and an amazing attitude. The food was absolutely amazing but the evening was really set apart by our waiter Fernando. He was attentive to everyone's needs and made sure we wanted for nothing. He was personable, funny, and made sure everyone in our party had a wonderful time. I personally had the pork chop based on Fernando's recommendation and it did not disappoint. Flavorful, juicy, and a must have if they have it on the menu when you show up. My only other recommendation would be to make sure you request Fernando as your server if you would like to ensure your evening doesn't just go well but perfectly. Thank you for hosting us Bellamy's.

The menu is obviously focused on Central America style food, but I was lured in after learning that among their Italian items is a meatball sandwich than includes a side of fries. The sandwich was good with four medium-sized meatballs, tangy rather plain tomato sauce, and melted cheese on a soft roll. Not as good as the gold standard meatballs, sauce, and bread at Mona Lisa in Little Italy, but passable. The fries were hot and crisp, which is a rarity these days having been served so many that were mushy, limp, and barely warm. In addition to ketchup, there is a tasty side of ranch. They serve beer, wine, and mixed drinks made with wine. The ambiance is very comfortable with authentic Central American decor. The service fast, friendly, and efficient. Their consistently excellent health inspection reports are a big plus. I'll be back to try their Salvadoran specialities.

Unfortunately, we decided to stray from our usual order the other night and try the "shells," and it turned out to be a big disappointment. I assumed this meant stuffed shells... the classic ricotta-filled pasta. Instead, what arrived was a large bowl of empty, medium-sized shells with marinara sauce poured on top. In both presentation and taste, it felt no different than plain spaghetti, just in a different shape. It was unappealing to look at and, honestly, unappetizing. While this may have been an oversight on my part when reading the menu, the dish itself was extremely underwhelming for the price. The garlic bread that came with it was soggy and lacked flavor, which only added to the disappointment. The salad, however, was good and the one bright spot of the meal. Still, it was frustrating to spend that much money only to throw away nearly half of the food. That said, if you're coming here for pizza, you won't be disappointed... it's still excellent and worth the visit. I've also heard good things about their lasagna. Just be cautious when ordering anything described as "shells" and make sure it's what you're actually expecting.

Before lunch, the owner, Frank, welcomed our group into the wine cellar for an impromptu tasting and shared the story of how the winery came to be. It added such a personal touch and made the experience feel far more memorable than a typical restaurant visit. The setting is absolutely stunning. Perched high above the valley, the property offers sweeping views of rolling hills, vineyards, and distant mountains that seem to stretch on forever. The vine-covered terrace provides just enough shade to linger over a glass of wine while taking in the scenery. On a clear day, it feels like you've stumbled onto a little slice of Tuscany hidden in San Diego County. The food was equally enjoyable. We shared a variety of thin-crust pizzas, burrata salad, and charcuterie boards, all of which disappeared quickly. And then came the cannoli, the perfect sweet ending to an already wonderful meal. Between the breathtaking views, warm hospitality, excellent service, delicious food, and outstanding wine, this was an experience rather than just a lunch.
