No complaints here, pizza was delicious! Tasty is a great name for this place. We ordered a large pepperoni, pineapple, bell peppers. I love that it was just the right amount of sauce, my new favorite spot for pizza read more

I LOVE Tasty Pizza and the owners! They never let me down and their pizzas are amazing! Great prices and awesome combos with great value! Thank you Tasty Pizza for making awesome pizza and being kind and accommodating! read more

I love this place! The owners are so sweet. Awesome pizza and wings (at a really freaking good price) every time. Quickly became me and my kids go to. The shop is small but always clean. Best "hole in the wall" (ha ha) pizza in Escondido hands down. read more

My boy's love this place. It's close enough to walk to pick it up. Most time we get the family deal. Perfect for a family of 3 and left overs. Customer service. Is always nice and polite as well. Only thing I don't like is how crammed the parking can get at times. read more

I've been coming here for about 8 years now and the pizza is still tasty. The cheese breads are my favorite but be careful when you bring them to a party, they will get devoured in minutes!!! even if you bring two boxes :') The Supreme and Hawaiian are what I usually get. Pizza gets done less than 20 minutes or less which is good in my opinion. Though the wings weren't my favorite when I tried it but that doesn't matter to me since I'm there for the pizza. read more

Great pizza for the price in today's market an average pizza like $25 fir $10 can't beat it fast and fresh

I felt like a pizza and wanted to try something new (to me). Tasty pizza to the rescue. Looking at large pizzas, they had the best price. Honestly it was cheaper than some of the small pizzas at other places. I got a Hawaiian pizza and it definitely satisfied my craving. Good amount of toppings and fresh. It wasn't too saucy and it wasn't bitter, so I appreciated that. The cheese was also good. I used Grub Hub, so it's a little more than if you go into buy it. For me it will be a replacement for Little Caesar's moving forward. For a good large pizza at a great price, this is the place. read more

Ordered a pizza today. Came home opened the box and there's ants inside. I called the restaurant a woman answered told her about the ants and her response was like it was something normal. Place is not close to me I just took the loss but just keep in mind.. ants are the first signs of a pest problem... I'm sure they have other pest problems that they don't want you to know about! read more

Great place for a quick pizza. The pizza is $10 so you're going to get a $10 pizza. It was fresh and tasty.

Super yummy pizza and they workers were so kind. The ranch here is so good. It's like a little pick up place and I liked it.

I have had pizza here every week for the last month. My girlfriend likes Hawaiian style pizza and now it is a regular stop for us. Great price and beats the chains in quality and value. I am not a chicken wings person at all, but decided to add to our order tonight. Very meaty and crispy - I ate them all which says something as they are not normally something I would seek out. Very friendly staff ever time I have been there. New regular customer! read more

This sweet little hole in the wall is solid for if you're craving a classic nostalgic pizza. Sauce is flavorful and crust is solid. It kind of reminded me of Costco pizza. Price for a large is only 8.53 including Tax!!! Affordable for sure. And great choice for parties and such. Will definitely be back many times and picking this place over dominoes and little caesars. Owner knows his regulars and is great!!! read more

Great reliable pizza joint. We love the Hawaiian and pepperoni. My kids start chanting pizza when we pull up. My husband and I get wings they have nice crispy skin and some of that good ranch. Wish they didnt thin it out so much but thats business. read more

I have been ordering pizza from here for years, I've tried other places but this has been the best pizza by far.. and the best price too. No other pizzeria can beat this one. I hope they never change the way they make it , it tastes so good read more

This particular pizza joint is literally a hole in the Plexiglas that they serve average pizza through. Price is okay if your looking to just scarf down a slice or two. I wasn't real impressed with the value I was hoping to get. Pizza was pretty bland. read more

My husband ordered from Tasty Pizza today and while I had never heard of this place, it looked okay when it showed up. We ordered a Hawaiian, a pepperoni, and cheese bread. The cheese bread? Amazing. It comes with a marinara, flavor is great. 10/10. Im pretty picky when it comes to pizza, and while it's not the most amazing pizza, they do deliver and they're the best I've had since moving to the area. I really have no complaints. And that's shocking for someone who loves to complain. So I run to Yelp to let everyone know it's a great local option...and I see less than stellar reviews in here. Which is shocking, to be transparent. I would have expected higher ratings but people love to go to Yelp to complain so I guess it is what it is. Delivery was fast, the food was fresh, and I will be ordering from here again! read more

I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe the storefront threw me off and it set my expectations low. But this place really surprised me. Placed the order on the phone. Really nice woman on the other end. Quick and to the point but polite and friendly as well. Order was almost ready when we went to pick up. Timing was perfect, we got it when it was still super hot. The food: pepperoni pizza, Mexican pizza, cheese bread, wings, and a bottle of soda. Cheese bread was the obvious winner. Super cheesy and very flavorful with a hint of garlic. The pizza sauce was on point. The dough was great. The pepperoni could have been a little more crispy but I really can't complain. The Mexican pizza would have been fantastic if the beans weren't canned. But again, the flavor was still very good. It was our first time trying this place and we would definitely come back. The prices can't be beat. The deals they have are very economical. read more

There is absolutely no reason why you should go anywhere else for pizza. Little Caesars raised the prices on their pizza to $7.99, you can get a better pepperoni here for $6.99. The best bang for your buck is the Supreme pizza. For $11.99, the entire farm is yours for the taking from veggies to ham and sausage. Don't just take my words for it, look at the picture and decide for yourself. read more

Tasty Pizza is a bargain basement pizza storefront that's both cheap and decent. This is a good place to try if you're burnt out on Little Caesars. The Mexican Pizza (Chorizo, Jalapenos, Refried Beans, Tomatoes, Onions, Cheese). It's one of the most expensive pizzas on their menu at $9.99. From a taste profile it's interesting to say the least but It's the uniqueness that makes it worth trying and it was fine. Word to the wise, be sure to take a few beano before consuming this Mexican Pizza. Hawaiian - Very good. Nice taste on this one. There was a very nice women working during my visit, so I lucked out I guess. Many reviewers allege that the owner is rude and aggressive. read more

Good news. This is good pizza. Bad news. With so many pizza spots here . . . that's not good enough lol. Price was pretty nice pizza though. Got my cheesebread fix. I resonate with a previous review. It's a cut above Little Caesars. That is for sure. Marinara and ranch are delish too. Speed is reasonable. Food was good. I'd probably still give the cut to Pizza Amore on a good day. Also stop buying Little Caesars!! read more

Tasty Pizza is just that- TASTY. My cousin introduced me to this low-key spot and I haven't looked back since. The quality of the dough is ballin' and there's something about their protein that screams high end!! The price? The price is just as affordable as your local Little Ceasar's. One large pepperoni costs you $5.19!! I checked their website prior to calling in my order. For some reason, it shows that a large Hawaiian is $12 on their yelp page but in store, it's a cheaper price. I would have definitely ordered Hawaiian if I had known about the actual/reduced price. I'd suggest they update their yelp page menu, it could save them sales! I would recommend calling ahead of time, you just never know how long the line will be. But even so, if you order there and wait, you shouldn't wait long-- average 10 minutes. One suggestion- create a loyalty reward system. I LOVE pizza and the only reason why I shop at chains like Dominoes is because they offer me a free medium sized pizza for every 6 pizzas that I order. Like brooooo, if Tasty's did the same thing or similar... HECK YEAH, I'd never go back to a chain. Dominoes WHO?? I eat so much pizza that I should probably create a folder in my budget. Please message me the second this is offered or lmk how I can sign up! read more

Delicious pizza and a great price. They don't make it obvious but they have garlic bread which is really good.

Lots of reviews saying this place is a hidden gem, and it truly is. We've encountered lines a few Friday night around dinner time, and for good reason. They offer pizzas in only 1 size (large), and they offer a lot of deals; the prices and flavor cannot be beat! Also - we can't leave without ordering the Cheese Bread. I think the Cheese Bread is the one thing we always order (garlicky, cheese, gooey deliciousness)! The Supreme, Pepperoni, Hawaiian pizzas are our favorites, and when we're feeling like something different, the Mexican Pizza is really good, too! Super friendly owner/staff! Give them a try (get the Cheese Bread) and you, too, will be hooked! read more

I ordered pizza from them few days ago. It was the most disgusting pizza I ever have. It was burned and no cheese at all. This picture actually looks good, but unfortunately nothing I received. It was super bad. Cold burned no cheese no flavor. We end up wasting 3 pizzas and cheese bread.... I was super disappointed and could believe they actually sand me pizza like that I HATE TO POST BED REVIEW BUT HEY, you shouldn't sale pizza's like that read more

This place has always been good, I got there Manager Special and was so disappointed that the cheese sticks were actually burnt and the pepperoni was so sad you can separate the top from the bottom.... The Hawaiian hams hurt my gums cause it was to hard.... I'm Giving it 2 start because it could've been my fault too because of being 10 minutes late picking it up so the pizzas may be sitting there for 10-15 minutes longer than the 15 minute time frame when they said to pick it up. If that's the case their warmer should be turned down lower so the pizza doesn't get dry:( read more

First time customer Had a pepperoni pizza and wings delivered tonight. Both items were very tasty and made for a super movie watching snack\meal. Pizza had a good amount of cheese on it, was a good size, cut really well and enjoyable. Wings were small but had a good amount of heat on them. I am making this my new go to place when I need good food for just a little $. read more

Ordered delivery from this place, and I was totally surprised at how good it was. We have tried several pizza places in Escondido, and they were just ok. (For example, I had ordered giant pizzas from Pizza Amore for my son's birthday party and was really disappointed with the lack of flavor and sparing use of sauce and cheese.) The two pizzas topped with pepperoni were exactly what I had been looking for when I imagined a pepperoni pizza: cheesy, crispy pepperoni, fluffy on the inside yet crispy on the outside crust--just perfect to my liking. My friend from out of town was also impressed at how good it was, and so were our kids who asked for seconds after devouring their first slices of pizza. I have been dreaming about this pizza since then. read more

Pizza is perfect right to the dough. Not greasy at all, balance amount of toppings at a fair price, walking distance from the skate park.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Nothing like finding this little whole in the wall pizza place and then discovering the food is cheap and some of the best you've ever had. It is a hoppin little place and was busy the whole time we were there. There is no seating so you have to take it to go but I highly recommend the cheese bread. read more
