A unique offering for a mall. I've been going to this mall since I was a kid and would have never expected a Thai place to ever make it into their food court. I did expect food to take a long time but I think the leftover wok burners when this was a Mongolian bbq location made it come out quickly. The food itself was pretty good but pricey. You can choose from Thai or Lao style. I got the Lao style and if you've had it before, the sauce must be pungent and spicy to be good. The chicken came out crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside but in my opinion they need to cut down the soy sauce in their marinade a bit. Everything came out very hot and fresh and the service was fine - there is a 15-20-25 percentage tip prompt on the payment terminal which is inappropriate for a counter service food court restaurant where you carry your own food to your seat. The food itself was pretty good. The crab rangoon roll was a bit disappointing - I missed out on the crunch from regular crab rangoon but the filling and sauce was tasty. The pad thai was super hot and fresh but the noodles were overcooked to the point of being sticky mushy glop but the shrimp was delicious! The spicy chicken was really tasty and the spice mix and veggies were nice. The sticky rice and mango was good but the rice was a thicker patty than I've ever had before and a bit too chewy. Overall, good food for a mall food court but beware - it is VERY expensive. Over $70 for the meal we ordered and two drinks. As a business, their employees need to be trained better on how to handle kitchen efficiency and customer service. It's fine if you only order one thing. But if you order multiple items or multiple people in your party, expect that everything will come out randomly at different times and it will get confusing because it's happening to multiple parties at once and the staff that are serving are saying the item instead of the order number so nobody knows whose "crab Rangoon roll" just came out.
