I was given ample amounts of protein, and the customization process was smooth and intuitive. The unlimited shaved ice was better than expected; the toppings were good but few in selection. I was excited to try the viral thousand-layer burger. Sadly, I left without one and settled for only OK Vietnamese food. I stopped by around noon on a Sunday and the ordering kiosk showed the burger as sold out. Oddly, it was available on their website for pickup, so I recommend ordering in advance if you're looking to try it. I pivoted to their pho, shrimp spring rolls, and tofu banh mi. Costing around $24 in total ($10 for pho!), the prices here are a steal. The food itself was a mixed bag. The pho broth was decent but bland. The lemongrass tofu was flavorful, but made the banh mi soggy. The spring rolls were stuffed with shredded cabbage instead of the usual lettuce and herbs, which threw off the freshness and texture for me. For the price, there's a lot to appreciate here, especially the build-your-own ordering and toppings station. Unfortunately, the food just didn't do it for me. read more

Honestly nothing to really write home about, the broth is okay. The noodles have been sitting out for a while and you can tell. For ordering it's just from a kiosk, you don't talk to any actual people which can be a benefit for some but I didn't super love it. The interior itself is very bright and shiny new which makes sense since they opened fairly recently. First time here at PHG. Overall it was good. I had the pho combo meal that came with a spring roll and a drink . The spring roll was a little small and so was the drink. I add meatballs for an extra price. I do not recommend this place for big group. If you do not like ordering on kiosks this might not be to place for you. read more

The pho came out piping hot, which I really appreciated. The herbs were a little on the lighter side, but they were definitely there, and overall the broth and flavor were really good. I also tried the spring rolls--they were decent, but I probably wouldn't order them again. My only real critique is the garnishing station. I noticed some flies swarming around the vegetables, and a few of the garnishes didn't look as fresh as they could be. I think keeping everything covered would make a big difference. The only way to order is via a kiosk. They let you build your own Pho, customizing which meat, but tbh the Combination Pho was prob the most worth it. The cheapest option of 2 meat pho for $9.99 gave me pretty low expectations of the place. But surprisingly the pho broth was delicious and the noodles were the perfect texture! The bowl definitely looked like a Small Size at the usual traditional Pho restaurant, but was still filling and substantial. They had a self-serve station for jalapeño, bean sprouts, lemon, basil herb, sauce station, but a lot of things ran out and no one seemed to refill them. The first time we came here it was around 7pm. We were served promptly and enjoyed each of our dishes. The pho is great and all of their sides are just as delicious. I just came in again today to grab a Vietnamese iced coffee. It's definitely stronger than what I'm used to but still delicious! Amazing customer service! Came around 3pm on a Sunday and place was relatively empty, but we ordered at the kiosk and were waiting for our food when Lee the marketing director came up to us checking on how long we had been waiting for our food to arrive even though it had only been a couple of minutes. He was very considerate of our wait time and ensured our food came out as quickly as possible and checked in on us. The pho combo was a nice option to try a little bit of everything, and the self serve condiment bar was well stocked and a good idea to prevent any potential waste. We tried the all you can eat Thai tea shaved ice and loved it, the toppings were delightful. I ordered from here a few days ago. I had it delivered. The pork and shrimp vermicelli dish was super tasty. I easily was able to split it into two different meals. I think if you have any rice paper at home, they would be great to make a spring roll mixed with. I ordered their tofu and vegetable pho and that was subpar. I asked for a beef broth base. The soup itself definitely was lacking in flavor. They definitely provided a lot of the toppings. I felt like they could've added more broth though. They were having a promotion going on where you could get a free strawberry green drink. It was OK. Definitely had no sugar which is fine. I just added some and added some milk. This last part might be a bit more out of their hands since again I got this delivered. However, things were definitely placed poorly in the bag where I definitely had to be careful moving it from one spot to another without spilling anything. Excellent Pho, but a bit light on the proteins such that their ratio to the noodles is unbalanced. Next time I'd ask to pay for more. The broth is superb and there is a toppings bar with all the sauces, basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts that you want. Very diverse menu with plenty of appetizers, noodle options, plates, salads, sides, and sandwiches. They were supposed to have unlimited toppings but only had a few items. No basil for the soup just cilantro. Thai tea with bubba was not good. Every table was filthy and floor. my boyfriend and i have been coming here for almost 3 years since before its major renovation. we were a bit skeptical ever since the renovation because we already thought it was great. BUT it got even better. You order at the kiosk at the front. They have a bar with all the sides you can choose from. I got the chicken pho combo, which includes the pho, a side of your choice (i got 2 pot stickers), and a drink (i got thai tea w boba). My boyfriend build his own bowl and you get to choose 2 proteins, he got 2 egg rolls, and a soda. ALL of that was only $37.45! The service is top notch and the server gave us 2 egg tarts on the house which was super yummy! I love all the new decor. All that to say they are doing amazing. :) read more

This is my second time I've been here and both times have been horrible. You wait a long time for your food often waiting longer than people who arrive after you. It's also super hot inside.
