And right away it send you info on your purchase, when it was received, making it and then it tells you when it's ready for pick up. You walk in and it's right there to your right. A breakfast sandwich seemed appropriate and when I saw a hot honey sandwich my ears perked up and thought that would be a good choice. Only have had hot honey on my pizza and now I want to go get a bottle to put on my eggs. It is quite the cozy spot. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and appreciative of my business too. Will be popping back in at some point. I will have to take a closer look at the drink menu as one of the beverages the lady was describing to someone made me almost want to get up and get one myself. Something with toast and marshmallows. Either way, good spot to come to off of Boston Road.

The food is pretty good for a coffee shop - I typically get a bagel with vegan cream cheese. The drinks are fantastic, especially the apple chai in the fall! Thirsty Mind also does monthly open mic nights, where they serve alternative beverages, which are also delicious.

My least favorite thing about this sandwich was that it was incredibly dry, you really need the coffee to wash it all down. It had so many elements that should have been moist but all were overcooked so it was just not a $9.00 sandwich. The coffees were delicious. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was sweet and creamy and not too bitter nor too sweet, right in that perfectly balanced spot. My wife got a hot mocha which was chocolatey and yummy, she just wished it had stayed warmer in this cold Massachusetts climate. The coffee price was comparable to what we pay at coffee shops in Seattle. The service was quick and there were lots of different kinds of tables to sit at inside.

These beans. THESE BEANS!…read more This is a black woman owned small business with amazing coffee. You can pop in and buy a bag of beans or you can get a freshly brewed cup to go. Joy also sells pastries and such from small local bakeries. There isn't much seating yet inside but Joy has specific plans to grow the space over the course of this year. But the seating that is available is cut and comfortable. Unless she's at a festival, this is the only place to get Joy's beans. They don't sell them in any other shops and aren't likely to soon so if you're in the Brookies on the weekend (or check hours to see if she's extended to any days M-Th in the future) swing by and grab yourself a cup or some beans to go. And if you're friends with me, yes, I will deliver beans for you while I'm out visiting my mom.

The best organic coffee in the country!…read more I have tried a lot of different coffees from all over the country, and I can say without a doubt that Indigo Coffee is by far the best organic coffee I've ever had. Their commitment to organic, single-origin freshly roasted beans really shows in the quality. I'm particularly a fan of their medium/dark roasts, the flavor profiles are incredible and works perfectly in my espresso grinder! Beyond the product, their customer service is amazing; they truly take the time to help you find the perfect roast for your specific taste. Even though I'm in Arizona, my orders always ship incredibly fast. I buy a lot of beans so it's nice they have a wholesale option for me. But they also offer a retail coffee ordering experience. I would love to go into their shop someday!!! Thank you Indigo!
