I explicitly requested ahead of time to pay directly via credit card after the service so my tenant wouldn't be bothered, but Eddie asked the tenant for payment at the door instead. BioTech explained that you can and should seal off your kitchen so there are no holes large enough for a mouse to enter. They did this, but we kept seeing the mouse.
