The office closes at 5pm, so if dude no shows again there is no one to call. After I requested to speak to a manager I was cold transfered to voicemail with no name and no recording feature. If you have mice, rats, or bugs - that's pest control. If you have squirrels, raccoons, or snakes - that's wildlife removal. Unknown animal gnawing in your attic? Go for wildlife removal since they can handle larger animals as well as mice. My issue ended up being mice, but it was nice to have a trapper ready for whatever was up there rather than needed to call someone else in.
