First, I have been in a couple of times and tried new things from the menu every time. Everything has been fantastic, but I will say they have terrible service. Most of the times that I have stopped in have been during my lunch break, and it is usually empty inside, so I do not understand why it takes so long for the employees to get the service going. The female who served me gave me a cup of water, walked away for about 10 minutes, then returned, and all she said was ready to order. That was the only interaction I had with her besides bringing the bill and some boxes. Every time I come, it's like this. Hopefully, this doesn't steer you away, but this is a fair warning not to expect warm service or really any service at all. As for the food, I usually get Korean-style chicken wings. I ordered the garlic soy flavors and spicy flavors! These are some of my favorite wings in the Denver area. They are always juicy, crispy, and flavorful. Their season fries, cheesy corn, and Bulgogi nachos are delicious. If you're in the area and looking for some delicious wings or Korean food, check out this place.

Brought the family here for my son's bday. He is a huge fan of Seoul KBBQ & Hot Pot...so after reading an article in 5280 I learned that this restaurant is owned by the same Gentleman/restaurant group behind Seoul... https://www.5280.com/meet-the-man-bringing-traditional-south-korean-eats-to-colorado/ The vibe is awesome! From looking at pictures on Yelp we were very happy that we made the decision to come to this location instead of the others. The service was great! Super friendly! The food was really good! We opted for the Bulgogi fries, 6 piece wings, Gochujang sandwich and habanero mayo popcorn chicken. It was all delicious! The standouts for us were the wings and popcorn chicken. The burger was good...but we regretted our decision to get the Gochujang instead of the fried chicken sandwich as soon as we bit into the soy garlic wings. That soy garlic is amazing! What a flavor explosion!! Delicious! Without a doubt we will return!

Crispy Brussels spouts ! Sublime !

If I wasn't such a self professed "Korean Fried chicken" addict Mono Mono would get a higher rating. It was good and I've certainly had worse but their chicken wasn't as crunchy as I like or expected and not as flavorful. To be fair they only offered their version of Korean Fried chicken batter on their bone in wings. Some of these wings could have been over cooked and dry but weren't, so lots of kudos for balancing some crispness with tenderness. I think they rely too much on their creamy style dipping sauce to give the wings that extra umph, which didn't work for me. They do have a "southern style" batter for their drumsticks which didn't try. The real find for me were their fried Brussels spouts! Wow these were amazing with a capital amazing. Crispier and lighter than standard tempura which I didn't expect. It also has a umami filled sauce that was mostly in the bottom...don't forget to toss it slightly for that extra level of umami. Lastly, for me service was just okay. There was one person and while he checked in with me, I wouldn't call it frequent and it took awhile to get my order fulfilled and to get the check. I'd definitely recommend the food and I'd definitely come back.

Receipt with manually added and undisclosed service fee, subjected to a group of three people who stayed pass 8:30 for dinner.

Be Cautious of Hidden & Undisclosed Service Fee ("it's just tip") === Predatory and Greedy Practice in Food Service We arrived as a group of three at 8:10 PM and placed our order at 8:15 PM. After getting our food, we were casually informed by the server Miss B that the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. So we quickly put our food in boxes. When I went to pay at 8:45, I noticed a 20% service charge had been added to the bill. I asked if gratuity was manually included, and the server simply said "yes" without any additional elaboration. I meant to tip that much anyway so I paid but I felt skeptical. As we left the restaurant, I told my friends , who were shocked because this had never happened to them before. I even spoke to another table of four nearby, and they were unaware whether gratuity had been manually added. Meaning if you don't notice it, you just pay it, and you add your gratuity on top. That's not transparency, that's predatory. With the information, I went back to ask for clarity, and only then did Miss B explained that a 20% tip is automatically added to any table that stays past 8:30 PM. No notice, no consent, and no signage. We were appalled, not only by the policy but by the dismissive attitude of the server, who showed hostility, glaring eyes, and failed to communicate something that directly affects customers' wallets. If this is the standard practice here, it needs to be clearly disclosed up front, not hidden at the end when you're already paying. Diners deserve honesty and respect, not surprise "service" charges. I'm furious of this kind of treatment and predatory. Just dodge this place it's really not worth it.

The box in which my Combo B was presented. Of little use whatsoever . . ..

Decent Korean fried chicken spot. Bought the Combo B (3 different kinds of chicken, fries, slaw and toast) that served my lunch group of 4 just fine. Might well go back when my fried food meter runs low. Less greasy than KFC but clearly prepared with the help of the industrial chemical community . . . if ya get my meanin' -- if ya catch my drift. Sign me, David "C2H5OH" M. P.S. The bad news is that if you're picking up a takeout order you won't have much luck finding any nearby parking; so here's the tip . . . give them a nice gratuity and call when nearby to have them bring it outside to your slowly driving-by car. P.P.S. I nominate myself for posting the most ugly and unhelpful pictures of a business for the year. Check 'em out: one's of a box (a bit out of focus) and the next is a grody picture of some leftovers. I am not proud. Just honest. :-DM

Great food with mediocre service but don't let that stop you from ordering a little bit of everything off the menu. My wife and I ordered 6 signature wings, half teriyaki soy, half hot & spicy, corn cheese, cheesy pork katsu, and kimchi fried rice. Kimchi fried rice came out first. It was phenomenal. It set my expectations high for the remaining items. And everything we ordered met or exceeded those already high expectations. I would gladly order the exact same items again. Gun to my head, if I had to pick only one favorite... I'd be shot in the head because I can't decide. It was all so good. The service wasn't the best I've experienced. Took longer than normal to get a seat. The pacing of the food was all over the place. But our server was kind and polite. The ambiance was casual. The inside was dimly lit. We opted to sit outside since it was bright and sunny the day we were there.

Shoshitos served with a sprinkling of cheese and a lemon to squeeze on top which I haven't seen before! The lemon was a good addition.

Place is great! During the lunch hour, you can see others know it, too -- the place is hopping! Prices aren't cheap (is anything anymore?!) but the food is decently sized and pretty unique. Adding lemon and crumbled cheese on the shoshitos was refreshing to see! So many places are so bland and uncreative with things like shoshitos and edamame -- these can be doctored up! The cheese-stuffed chicken katsu definitely did not look like the picture in their promotional items, but it was fine. It's not a huge dining room, but you can tell that other people like the place, it's a good sign. The server I think is usually on her own, running around, so she can be hard to get ahold of. It's a place I've returned to and will again in the future!

This is not a bad spot to check out. It is a little difficult to order as you are really looking at sandwiches and fries, not really any substitutions. Plus, the appetizers seem to be for more than one person, so think about bringing more than yourself if you want to try those. One nit is the coleslaw is pretty oily and overly creamy. Otherwise, it is a clean simple little spot with good service right off the mall in downtown.

This was our last meal before heading to the airport, and I am so happy we ended out Denver trip here. The vibes are super chill and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The menu has so many great options. We got the spicy rice cakes without the mozzarella cheese. It was more on the sweeter side than spicy. The popcorn chicken is perfectly cooked with a thin batter. This was our favorite dish. We got the bulgogi sandwich without cheese and it was delicious. The meat was tender and super flavorful.

Started off with soju for dinner. 20pc wings ( soy garlic and teriyaki hot ) / soy garlic we're a little salty but the teriyaki hot were amazing. The wing had a perfect crunch to it and the meat was juicy and piping hot. Server was decent. Ambiance is great. Definitely recommend one of the best spots to get Korean fried chicken (kfc)

Wow!!!! What an amazing restaurant. It is located in the heart of downtown Denver, between the sports district and Union Station. There is metered street parking on the street out front and commercial lots within a reasonable walking distance. The restaurant has a decent sized dining area with television, a full bar with seating and a small patio area out front. It is a trendy place with a hip/trendy vibe. My server was very friendly an attentive. She explained the difference between K-fried chicken and regular fried chicken, and yes, there is a difference. They have a menu with signature cocktails, beer, wine, fried chicken (wings, tenders, popcorn...) and Korean fried chicken (KFC). The chicken comes in 2 sauce choices, mild or spicy. The KFC comes with your choice of spicy garlic, hot & spicy, teriyaki soy and teriyaki hot. I ended up ordering a six piece of the Korean wings with hot an spicy sauce with a side of seasoned fries. I got a Seoul Sunset to wash it down. It took about 8 minutes or so to get my food and it was hot and delicious. The drink was very savory too. The wings were very flavorful and the sauce had a little kick to them, like it like, but nothing too hot. The seasoning on the fries was awesome. It had a hint of sweet with a little heat. I highly recommend both. This is a nice trendy spot that deserves all the hype that it gets. They have some real tasty food, friendly/welcoming staff, a cool vibe and reasonably priced food and drink. This is definitely the place to be. I really enjoyed my entire meal and experience and will definitely be back soon. You really need to check this place out.

Stumbled here after our flight got cancelled while in Denver. This place is what I believe is their version of downtown? Place is small but it was busy and has great space between tables so you don't need uncomfortable. Service was great but a bit slow but understandably so. My friend and I shared the fried and their wings and we loved all of it! The fries were very fresh, crunchy yet soft and so full of flavor! You'd get intimidated by so much sauce over fried but everything was very well balanced. Their wings were a nice chunky size and very meaty. They had a list of flavors we could pick from and we were able to mix and match them which was great because we got to try a few at once. This is a solid Korean chicken spot for sure and they also have a cute little bar you can order drinks from to pair well with the finger food!

Truly a hidden gem. Chill vibes with great music and a cool bar. Happy hour was not busy at all, so we had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was awesome! The chef/owner actually delivered our food and engaged in conversation with us. Super nice guy with great customer service. Seasoned Fries. Honestly, woah. What was that seasoning? Seriously, I don't know what it was but these babies were on a different level. Bulgogi Bowl. All the goods on one plate. My goodness, it was packed with a salad, rice, coleslaw, kimchi and of course bulgogi. So much flavor on one plate. Most of the bulgogi was a little too fatty for my liking, but I worked around it and enjoyed the food. Mono Fried Rice. My sister was a big fan and I had to have a bite for myself and was also a fan. She usually cleans her plate, but the serving was huge. And believe me, she was more than happy to have leftovers. We've been talking about going back already!

The fried chicken is all dark meet and had a heavy, heavy batter. The rice bowl was better and did not have fried chicken. Service was iffy.

Elevated Hospitality: A Masterclass in Event Execution at Tom's Watch Bar…read more I recently organized an event for 120 guests at Tom's Watch Bar in Denver, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the initial contract phase to the final onsite execution, the team proved they are true masters of high-stakes hospitality. The Vision & Planning Working with Joanna during the planning phase was a dream. She is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail. She understood exactly how to translate our brand into the space, creating a custom Denver-themed digital design featuring our logo that played across every large screen. The energy it brought to the room was palpable--our Immediate Past President was so impressed she's already requested the same "wow factor" for all our future events. The Spread The catering exceeded all expectations. We opted for a diverse package that catered beautifully to everyone, including our vegetarian and vegan guests. The Savory: The mac & cheese was a crowd favorite, and the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy and moist. The loaded sliders and tater tot bar also kept the energy high throughout the evening. The Sweet: Do not miss the dessert bar. Specifically, there is a peanut butter bar with an incredible internal crunch that is absolutely addictive. The Atmosphere & Entertainment The venue layout is genius. We had a mix of indoor seating for both small and large group discussions, plus an incredible outdoor space with stunning stadium views. We brought in a third-party karaoke vendor, and the staff--Joanna, Zach and Matt--coordinated with them so seamlessly behind the scenes that I didn't have to worry about a single technical detail. Between the karaoke, Jenga, and cornhole, there was never a dull moment. The Service What truly sets this venue apart is the personal touch. Zach and Matt are absolute stars. Knowing I was busy managing the entrance and welcoming guests, they went out of their way to check in on me personally, ensuring I had food and a drink in hand. That level of care for an event organizer is rare and deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a venue that combines a high-energy atmosphere with white-glove professional service, Tom's Watch Bar is the place. Request Joanna, Zach, and Matt--you'll be in the best hands in Denver.
