Served on top of mashed potatoes and finished with a green pea purée."), and Duck Wings (six wings "tossed in a Sweet Guinness sauce."). Usually, dumplings are steamed or lightly fried, but these dumplings were deep fried to a dark, golden brown. And with their accompaniments, they were really good!
