One of us would have said slightly better than average casual Chinese food. The other one of us thinks this is some of the best Chinese food in a long time. The service was good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. No disagreements there. The atmosphere - one of us found it at the lower end of casual Asian dining. The other one of us just didn't care. The value. One of us found it very overpriced. The other one didn't care and pointed to how expensive every restaurant is now, while the first one of us wanted to point out that this is priced for a much nicer dining experience (eg, atmosphere, presentation, and even the fairly tasty meal just don't support the pricing). Portions, at least on entrees (we didn't try the appetizers), are pretty good, so that helps. Also, one of us would point out that it's often described as "dim sum," but a handful of pricey appetizers is not what is expected as a "dim sum" experience. By this logic, every restaurant (or at least every Chinese restaurant) could market itself as "dim sum" if it has appetizers, which they all do. That isn't what I expect of dim sum. So, there you have it - we're split. We will return to try the appetizers (aka "dim sum"), but it won't be cheap. It seems very popular and I wish them success, with a few improvements.

"Fuji" it was pretty close to where I'm staying at so I decided to go there. I was greeted by a nice woman who was wearing hypebeast clothing! That was lit, and the rest of the employees was wearing the uniform so I'm guessing she is the owner or something! I vane on dinner time which started at 4pm. They have snow crab leg, dungeon crab leg, Mongolian grill, conveyor belt sushi, and whole bunch of goodies. I'm like they have conveyor sushi that is a catch lol. I think it's unique. The food were good. Some of the dishes weren't my fav but I mean it's a buffet. There are always a hit & miss. I'm general most of the stuff I put on my plate were tasty. Not gonna lie that this place the cost of the buffet is only $24. If this buffet were open at other side of town. The price nowadays over there in Seattle is like $35-40 per person! Will I come back here in the future if I'm ever in Yakima?! The answer will be yep! Overall, good service and good food makes my tummy happy!

We were greeted right away and allowed adequate time to go over the menu. My wife went with the spicy beef hot pot. She went with 3 star spice and overall, she enjoyed it (maybe a little on the salty side). I ordered the combo fried rice and it is as expected. The flavor was there and the portion was enough for me to pack half to go. For appetizer, we went with the crab rangoon, which is also, as expected if you've ever had some. The cream cheese taste was there definitely. The menu has many more to try out so maybe I'll update it if we're ever in the mood for Asian food again while in the area. Final verdict? Sure, give it a try, share what you liked, maybe I'll try what you had.
