Upon my most recent visit, I ordered what I typically have from the past. Lemon Avenue pizza. Unfortunately, the taste of the cheese is extremely different from what was previously used from prior orders granted it was several years ago. It appears as if the moisture content, of the cheese is low and it is a different quality, which absolutely makes the pizza taste different in my opinion not as good than what we were was used to. Unfortunately I may never order here again simply because they changed the cheese quality which made a significant impact on the taste. read more

Great location off Lemmon ave. I ordered on the web site and it was a fast process. I ordered and was there in 10 minutes and the food was fresh hot and ready! I got a $10.99 special which was a personal pizza and a drink. The pizza was still more than I could eat so it's a great deal. The service inside was fast and friendly. Mondo pizza to me was not worth the 4 stars it currently holds. Lunch time on a Wednesday was completely empty. The music was blasting so loud you couldn't even hear yourself think. The lady up front had a bit of attitude towards us for some reason. Typical answer from someone who doesn't like their job. The food? Pizza was mid but not horrible, when I was there they didn't have any ranch for sides and instead gave this cheese sauce? I'm not sure what it's made of but it was alright. I've ordered some great pizzas from this place for some time now, (sometimes small and sometimes many larges ordered for parties). But tonight was a complete failure. Pizza arrived promptly, but cold, (I am 7 minutes away) I can't even bite into it. Perhaps it's old dough. Tough like cardboard. Pizza was not even sliced through correctly and room temp. Maybe the restaurant could not even cut it appropriately? Maybe they were all ready to go home? Regardless they failed me. I trashed my $25 ($34 delivered) smallest pizza, after struggling with only a few bites. Now I'm having a delicious and consistently great Whataburger from my courier with 27,099 deliveries, and with whom I shared this tragedy. It's all about networking in 2025. And no, I won't order any pizzas from here again. A waste of money. Plenty of great pizza competition out there with really good ratings.. even big brands, who have created a following with simply being customer service centric. The only reason you did not get 1 star is because I did have some previously good experiences here, but not tonight, and certainly not in the future. I'm actually happy this happened tonight instead of train wrecking a party of mine. You guys are new in our neighborhood, and you're probably not going to make it here. So apparently folks failed to tell me about this gem when yelling out where to go for good pizza . . . However thankfully my pizza passport (yes it's a real thing) lead me here and I wasn't disappointed. I stopped in for lunch on a Thursday and the man who greeted me was extremely friendly. I told him what I wanted and he accommodated my request. He told me 6 minutes in which I took the time to go next door and grab something to drink. I walked back in and they had my pizza ready. Now what's even more accommodating is they have seating and they offer more than just pizza! However my pizza was HOT, fresh and extremely tasty. OMG this place we found on a whim! This Dallas local pizza place did NOT disappoint! We had leftovers for the next day and it was delicious even the day after! We were thinking about it even after leaving Dallas! I had the mushroom pizza and it was amazing! And they give you complimentary garlic butter and it was DELICIOUS with the pizza! I rarely review places twice, nor do I start reviews in the car after I just walked out of the restaurant. This place is just THAT. GOOD. We decided to dine in this time which was a great experience. I think it was the owner taking orders and his customer service was amazing! We ordered the bbq pizza and the hot honey pizza this time around. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick the pizza was ready. Both pizzas surpassed my expectations and just an explosion of flavor with every bite. I almost burned my mouth because I wanted to devour it the second it was ready. I'm also very sad that I forgot to take any pictures but I just couldn't focus on pictures when I was impatiently waiting for it to cool down so I could take a bite. The dipping sauce is also crack. It almost tastes a teeny bit like a garlicky mayo and delicious. Goodbye ranch. Can't wait to try another pizza. read more

Decided to give this place a try cuz of the great reviews. The customer service was great. We got a medium size pizza and a Cesar salad for $37. The pricing is insane and they charge so much for every little topping. The salad and pizza were good, but the pizza was sooo greasy. Immediately after eating I did not feel well. The guy who served us gave me manager vibes, very attentive, quick and helpful! He was nice and gave us a smaller version of the cheesy bread and it was so good! My friend ordered a carnivore and I got the with olives and it was exactly what I was hoping for in a pizza. Great flavors and fresh tasting... and also piping hot! We got the lunch special and for a dollar you could make it one of the specialty pizzas. It came with a salad and a drink and I got a Gatorade. I think my only critique would be that I wish they had more non-carbonated options for drinks. It was like 80% soda. We also wanted to get some wine since they were advertising that they sold it now-- they only sell it by the bottle so we got a rose and it was good. The bottle was a little messy because the guy was doing most of the work, but that was okay.
