Meat Stuffed Slice, Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Slice, Garlic Knots
    Mariah W.

Ordered Italia Express via DoorDash while in Dallas for a work conference. For being delivered through DoorDash, the pizza, pasta (not pictured), and garlic knots all came fresh and hot. For $7, the slices of stuffed pizza were way bigger than I was expecting. I wasn't a huge fan of the garlic bits as they felt more like rolls with a little garlic butter and Parmesan on top. I can't speak to the restaurant itself since I wasn't there in person but I would definitely get this ordered again, especially given how late they're open.

Man o Man! This place has quickly become very popular in our home for 2 reasons! One, it stays open pretty late, and two...THE PIZZA!!! This past Friday, my bf and I did not feel like cooking and what better Friday food than pizza! We were specifically craving a new york style pizza, with a lot of cheese, jalapenos, and big slices! That's exactly what we got! We ordered a 20" pizza (It was GIGANTIC) and we got it delivered! we paid roughly 37 dollars after tip and tax but for the size of the pizza, it was so worth it! We will definitely be ordering from here again! and are now recommending their pizza to all our friends! We haven't tried much else, but given how good the pizza is, I can expect it to be great! We can't wait to order again soon!

Always the best pizza from the best staff on the strip! They truly make you feel welcome and appreciate your business. Besides pizza they have other great pastas , salads, and deserts. Highly recommend! Plenty of free parking in the back.

Amazing! The crust is light and flaky; the cheese is oozing with flavor. The customer service is excellent. They greet you with a smile; eager to help.

The service was fast. The food was good and hot. The restaurant was busy, almost every single table was taken. Going there was a nice experience, it would be fun to go with a friend if you wanted a chill but hip and kind of chaotic atmosphere. If it's possible to carpool, do so as parking is a bit tricky around there.

This place hits the spot after having a few drinks at the nearby bars. The slices are super cheap. We came in an uber as parking is very difficult to find in this area. The inside of the restaurant was simple and clean. We were here for a few minutes, we offered our slices and hit them quickly, and ate so fast. It's a great spot to have a quick meal. There is no legit vegan pizza, but that's ok.

Great location off of Cedar Springs. I ordered mine to go and it was fresh and hot and a very large portion. It was $14 and very much worth it. This will be two meals for me due to the size so I'm very happy about that. They were very polite and welcoming when I got there also. I would recommend this location

    Baked Ziti

We stopped in here for pizza and instead ended up getting pasta because of some of the other reviews we saw. Boyfriend ordered lasagna, by recommendation from the gentlemen working that day. I got baked ziti with meat sauce based on someone else's review, and oh my lanta-- sooooooo declicious! Both plates had great flavor, good amount of meat and ooof can't forget about our garlic knots. If you are thinking about stoping here, do it!!!

Service was great! It was my first time and they didn't mind telling me what was what...I had a slice of pizza and side salad and I had to try the cannoli All of it was delicious!

Perfect place for an end of night slice! If you're here, it's likely late into the night after hitting up the strip. They're quick and efficient. The pizza is perfect for curbing any hangovers! It can get busy so be ready for a potential line. They're really fast as serving folks regardless though.

Delicious pepperoni cheese pizza the literal size on my hand a bit bigger tbh
    Joanna L.

The pizza was amazing and hot and ready literally! I saw them pull it out the oven at 10:19 for my one little slice of pizza! Very authentic love it! Also one slice is $6 but huge as heck! And they stay open pretty late!

The meatballs were very succulent, bathed in a tomato gravy that you'd want to lick every drop of from the plate. The focaccia, on the other hand, had a pillowy interior, and the crust almost seemed caramelized, with a slight sweetness that paired nicely with the tartness of the tomato gravy. For our main course, we ordered the Cacio e Pepe, Spicy Gemelli, Pesto Rigatoni, and Bolognese--all were phenomenal. Then, to cap things off, we had a dreamy gelato, with a cloud of whipped cream, topped with pistachio and drizzled with olive oil. Service: Great! What you'd expect from an upscale restaurant. Our waiter was attentive and very accommodating to our needs. Ambiance: Casual, modern. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

It always makes me feel like I'm back home in a way. I had a glass of Chianti and we started with the focaccia with whipped ricotta. We both chose pasta dishes, I had the spicy gemelli and bestie had the bolognese which he didn't seem to like much but when I tried it I thought it tasted great. I don't care for a lot of meat sometimes so I wouldn't have ordered it as my main but it really complimented the spicy gemelli - perhaps going halfsies would have been a nice option. Service was attentive and our dishes came out fast, we sat indoors beside the bar but the patio could have been a really nice option if you're a patio person. I typically am not. I have yet to find a Dallas Italian spot that I love more than my current no.1 back home (Donna's on Sunset in LA) but this meal was delish and I wouldn't rule out dining here again in the future.

But what really made the experience unforgettable was our server, Leigh. She went above and beyond in every way possible. She didn't just explain the menu- she told a story. From the background of the owner to the details of each dish, you could tell how much care and passion went into everything. She checked in at all the right moments, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely cared that we loved each bite. And the food... wow. It transported me to Italy. We started with the arugula salad with bresaola dressed with lemon - super refreshing - paired with the arancini. The bread dipped in the sauce was insane: perfectly crisp on the outside, with rich, flavorful rice inside. We shared the triangoli ravioli stuffed with ricotta and topped with mushroom, hazelnut, and parmesan, and it was incredible. The hazelnut added the perfect crunch and nutty depth. Then came the tagliatelle with wagyu bolognese--perfectly balanced, rich, and made even better with clearly homemade pasta. We finished savory dishes with the veal saltimbocca, and I swear it made me feel like I was sitting in Rome. The sauce was incredible, and the sage really brought everything together. But the true showstoppers? Dessert. My Italian grandma said the cannolo was the best she's ever had - and that says everything. Light, crisp, and not overly sweet. Then the chocolate dessert with olive oil and sea salt... I went in for two bites and somehow finished the entire thing without realizing. Easily the best chocolate dessert I've ever had. This place is out of this world. Would order all of these dishes again. In a city full of restaurants, this is one I will come back to every single time I'm in Dallas. Absolutely 5 stars. Brava.

I visited on a Wednesday evening with a comfortably moderate crowd; on busier nights you may want a reservation. I started with the fried calamari and a glass of wine. Service was quick, attentive, and happy to offer food and wine pairing suggestions. For dinner I ordered the tortellini vodka, which was perfectly seasoned with a rich, flavorful sauce. Barsotti's is absolutely worth a visit. Casual yet elegant, right in the heart of North Oak Lawn.

Presumably meaning wine, but we were considering cocktails and a bit confused by the question. He said "I'll come back when you're ready," and disappeared for the first of many long absences. From the beginning it felt like we were ruining his life. He was cheerless and curt and wouldn't make eye contact with anyone. It would be more understandable if the restaurant was super busy or understaffed. But this was Monday at 6 pm. We listed a birthday on the reservation, but it wasn't acknowledged. Why bother to ask if we are celebrating? We waited for empty plates and glasses to be cleared between courses. We waited a long time for him to return so we could order a second glass of wine. Even longer for the plates to be cleared and longer still for the opportunity to order dessert...a piece of cake for the birthday girl and two after dinner drinks...but the drinks weren't picked up from the bar when the cake was delivered, and only remembered when we asked for the check. We watched him pick them up (well after the cake was consumed) on his way to leave the bill. No mention that they had been overlooked, no thank you, no good night. This was our first time at Barsotti's and it will be our last. Aside from the awful service, we had issues with the food as well. The veal was pounded paper thin and fried hard resulting in a tough, chewy texture similar to dried beef or jerky. It was dry and overcooked on two different dishes. On a more positive note, we enjoyed the fried ravioli appetizer and the redfish was fine. While our waiter was largely MIA and unpleasant when he did show up, the bus boy/assistant was gracious and attentive. Maybe he was trying to compensate for his colleague. BTW, the offensive employee was in his late 40s to mid 50s with a slight build and salt and pepper hair.
