When I called them, they said it wasn't their responsibility to use the furniture pads or to get the streaks out so it looks like a new floor. They were very rude. I ended up hiring a new company for $3500 to get my floors looking the way they should've the first time. I would never use them again. Reviewing the plumbing in my house, they noticed I had a drum trap and recommended that I replace it with a P-trap to help prevent the tub from backing up. Lenny was great, he was informative and explained the pros of replacing the drum trap. As the inspection call was late, Lenny came back the next day to replace the drum trap with a P-trap.
