Ryan explained everything in great detail and educated me on things like where rodents could get into the house, what they like to eat, the difference between mice and rats (who knew rats were so intelligent), different kinds of traps, etc. We walked around the house and identified spots that should be sealed up. He offered practical solutions like chicken wire and expanding spray foam (typically used for insulation). He asked me if neighbors were setting out poison because he saw several dead critters in my crawl space. It turns out, a week later I did see a poison trap set up a few houses away from me. His down to earth approach on problem solving resonated with me. There's no black and white answer when you have rodents. Ryan was very patient and made sure I understood all of the options. It's been a month since he came out. Since then, I caught one mouse, sealed up the obvious spots around the house, and haven't seen any new activity. If the rodents do come back, I feel much more prepared to deal with it the next time around. If I can't, I won't hesitate to call Ryan again.

Buying a home is a time consuming process and being able to confirm my inspection date online asap was a huge stress reliever! On inspection day, Dave showed up on time and was very professional and friendly (he always wore cloth face mask when interacting with me, which I appreciated). Dave was incredibly thorough with his inspection and he took time to talk with me and point out some important items he discoverd. You could tell he was very experienced and knowledgeable. Our detailed report (with photos) arrived quickly via email and we were able to conveniently pay online. Highly recommend! Thanks Dave & ProView for making this part of home buying process stress free.

I called to schedule a home inspection and Connor was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and prompt over the phone. I had a question about mold and asbestos testing that he was unable to answer fully, so he put a note on our appointment. Chuck called me back very quickly to answer my question the same day. We were able to schedule within just a few days, which is key when buying a house with a tight contingency period. An email confirmation and reminder was provided. Top notch speedy and clear communication from this company. Tony was our inspector. He arrived on time, was friendly and clear about the process and time it would take, and asked if we had any specific concerns for him. He spent about three hours inspecting the house, and did a thorough job. He explained his findings to us as he went, and the report provided was clear and well written. The report was provided within 24 hours of the inspection as well. Overall, we are very happy with Proview, and would certainly recommend their home inspection service. We have worked with other inspection companies and find Proview a top choice.

We couldn't be happier with our experience working with A+ Home Inspection. From the start, it was…read moreclear we were dealing with a true professional who takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond for their clients. Unlike the sellers' inspector, who missed several key issues, he was incredibly thorough and methodical. He used the latest technology to make sure nothing was overlooked: a drone to capture every angle of the roof, and even a specialized robot to crawl into tight spaces under the home that most inspectors wouldn't dare attempt. Thanks to this, he discovered important details we never would have known about otherwise. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained. Instead of just handing over a report, he walked us through the findings, prioritized the issues, and made sure we understood what needed immediate attention versus what was more of a long-term consideration. His honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting our interests gave us tremendous peace of mind during the buying process. If you want an inspector who uses cutting-edge tools, has an eagle eye for detail, and truly advocates for their clients, I can't recommend A+ Home Inspection enough. He set the bar for what a home inspection should be.
