Even during the busy holiday season, when things can get stressful and some customers can be difficult, they remain patient, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to make sure everything goes smoothly and do their best to resolve any issues that come up. While other rental companies in the area were overbooking and even canceling reservations (which is crazy), Mike took great care of my rental and made sure everything was handled properly. Website indicated there were many (compact, mid-, full- ...) available. When I showed up, Manager Andrew told me "Yeah, we don't have any cars". Airlines also over-sell their capacity, but when they are oversold, they are obligated to compensate you ("$400 to take the next flight"). This unfortunate site has an unsustainable business model. Hopefully, they will be removed from Kayak and Google Maps soon. If you would like to gamble on being stranded, then reserve a car here.

I arrived around 4:30 PM, and instead of trying to accommodate me, the manager rudely told me I was late and said he would have to put me in a different vehicle that would cost me more. I've rented cars from plenty of agencies and have never experienced this kind of treatment. I understand that I was late, but there was no reason to speak to me the way he did or immediately try to charge me more rather than simply explaining my options. Things then escalated into an argument, and he proceeded to kick me out of the location. His behavior was extremely aggressive and intimidating, to the point where I genuinely felt threatened and concerned that he might reach for a firearm. Management needs to seriously investigate this incident. Someone who behaves this aggressively toward customers should not be managing a rental location

The facility is nice and clean. I had the pleasure of working with Lou for my rental - I walked away feeling like he went above and beyond to meet all my vehicle needs as per my requirements. I was also given an upgrade with no extra charge! I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a rental. The best part for me was the fact that I am a Cali girl moved out here to Florida and I was given a car with California plates! How awesome is that - I get back to my house and even my roommate said that that car was meant for me. Coming here with an awesome experience that exceeded all of my expectations.

Only after I called Enterprise to take my business somewhere else and while on the phone a Chevy traverse is suddenly available. I told Enterprise representative to please hold, Fitz R the then said it be $30 extra a day, I took back to the call and he then urgently said he would do it for no extra charge to send me off on a great vacation. These are dirty tactics and complete waste of my time. Also, if you return the car past the window, they make it impossible for you to drop it off, they block the parking lots with cars and don't have a key drop box. I will be taking business elsewhere. I called National multiple times, emailed, received a claim number and the promise of a return call from corporate, then local and to this day, none of the calls came. We decided to fight the credit card bill and National had the audacity to claim there were no complaints about the car. I have since rented from SIXT which is absolutely amazing.
