Finding a Limo or Party Bus can be a bit of a pain. Some make promises & under-deliver. Luckily, for me, this was not the case. I was looking for a party bus to celebrate a Bachelor Party. I ended up booking a large bus with capacity for 20-30 people comfortably. We set the location, put down the deposit & all was good. We were given the contact info for our driver Jose. The bus was on time, clean, & exactly as pictured in the online photos which was a breath of fresh air in this often shady industry. Jose took us to Tootsies, gave us all comp passes & waited out front until we were ready to head out to Scarlettes. He took us to the next spot & hung out while we partied. When it was time to go he was right there ready to take us back. At the drop off, I accidentally left my phone on the bus. By the time I realized, I logged into Find My iPhone & it was on its way north. We called Jose, the driver, & told him what happened. He took my phone to the office where they held onto it until I could drive up the next day. Eddie, stayed 30 after closing so that I could get there since it was just over an hour drive to their office. I'd gladly use their services again. read more

I must say, when it comes to great service, Mike & the staff at A Class are the best, hands down! They made it so easy to book the service, provided friendly service & all at a great price for my daughter's birthday! The afternoon was was a bit cloudy & rain was in the forecast. Mike, the driver, showed up early, to allow us time to take photos before the rain. He even gave suggestions for best photo ops! The drive was smooth & he showed up quickly every time we were heading to our next location. We had 15 ppl in the pink escalade limo & although we had a wonderful time, it did seem a bit warm in the limo. Get Alexis as your driver and you won't be disappointed. It was my first time to use this service because I dreaded the long lines waiting for a taxi at the airport and it was soooooo worth it. Alexis provided great communication and was extremely professional and helpful. His friendly demeanor changed my mood after a long flight. Limo was beautiful, clean and arrived on time. The Groupon was clear in what it entailed, unlike many other companies we looked into. We used Class A for a bachelorette party and everyone enjoyed it! We did call about cancellation policy (due an illness in bride's family) and they were very unclear about whether or not there would be a refund. I wish this information was made available in print or otherwise in case something had happened. With one hour left, we asked to be dropped off for one drink and then taken to our final destination. The driver insisted that we could not do that without adding an additional hour for $100. This was inconsistent from our rate for the other hours and also unreasonable when the destinations were in close proximity to one another. Prompt and professional service. We hired a party bus to take our group of 9 from Hollywood Beach to South Beach last Saturday and we had a very nice experience. The booking process was fast and easy, since they have a live chat person online, within hours of operation, all my questions were answered instantly, even the questions I had after initiating the booking process were answer in a prompt manner by Mercedes via email. I really appreciate clear and prompt communication and A class limos definitely offer that. I received an email with our driver information a day before of the event and a call from our driver Shane, couple hours before the event to touch bases. He was very nice and professional. He was patiently waiting for us at pick Up time, dropped us off safely at South Beach and then returned promptly to picked us up from there once we called him. The bus was clean and well equipped. I had a big milestone birthday coming up (was it 30, 40 or 50...you guess which one!) and wanted to rent a limo for the big event to surprise some friends. I also got the yelp deal which was the best! Mercedes in the office was so helpful and sweet. She even called me a week before to tell me the Range Rover Limo we rented was in an accident and we could not use. We ended using the Escalade Limo and it was not a disappointment. The driver Shon came right on time to our hotel at the Fontainbleau and it was to fit 14 people and there were 11 of us. And this was just enough. If you have any big and tall people in your group more than 11 would of not been comfortable. I sat in the way back which would be awkward for most guys but 3 girls in the back part were ok. You can plug in your Iphone and jam to some tunes. We also brought our own liquor and they provide water and some cups. We didn't go around much of south beach just some local spots but our drive Shon was awesome. We just barely made it back in time before the night ended after our 4 hour around time (but seemed like only 2 hours...time goes by sooo fast). Overall from the customer service, the limo and the driver everything was totally top notch! would def do this again and use FTL-LIMO. read more

With our friend basically eloping this month, we knew we needed to send her off in the most dramatic and fun ways possible (she's the most low maintenance of all of us, so we wanted to give her a VIP experience). When Mercedes sent out an email offering a special on their Barbie pink Cadillac limo, I jumped on it immediately. Jose was 10 minutes earlier than his arrival time, he was patient, polite, and excited to take us wherever we needed to go. The limo was clean, smelled great, and the sound system worked like a dream (I'm sorry about the cheese puffs). We truly had an incredible evening, and even though the limo got a flat tire at the very end of the night, Jose made sure we had our a/c and music, and that we were stopped in a safe place. We hired A Class Limos for my wedding festivities. Last weekend was my bachelorette get away and Jose arrived at least a 1/2 hour early to the pick up location. He is super professional, even recommend a better pick up time than I scheduled because he knows the the times of the cruise ports much better than I did. The bus was so clean, we were able to listen to our music on the ride and it was great having everyone together to start the trip! I booked their Limo services for a party bus ride down to fins game this weekend. From the start they were extremely professional. We booked way back in May and as our party got bigger and bigger I had to add more buses and seats. We took 2 limo buses 35 passenger and 40 passenger down to the Game. The drivers were friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. We had a big tailgate planned and they helped us load and unload all our stuff despite telling them they did not need to - they were just very very helpful. When we got the the stadium the drivers were cool - they helped us out with tailgate and monitored the buses so no other people from outside our party would get in and use our bathroom. Giving two stars because my driver was cool and on time and the bus was clean. Deserves 0 stars because of customer service ignoring me, charging my card without permission for "broken glass" (absolutely not, my mother checked the entire bus and is a sober woman) and for what sets me off the most!! The picture of the bus had a stripper pole. I asked 3 times to confirm, "will there be a stripper pole?" and was told "the pictures are exactly how the busses are and that there will be a stripper pole". Well no stripper pole. That alone would have been fine but since they ignored me and falsely charged for broken glass cause they're greedy, it's a no no for me. I would have showed up at their office but had to leave to Gainesville for college. I tipped the bus driver generously on top of the tip included in the price. I don't understand why you guys had to falsely charge me and ignore all my messages. I said I would write reviews on all your sites. Year late; Coronavirus I got time now. Dec 28 2019. Great service and price. I used them to pick my family and I up to and from the airport. There were six of us with five large suitcases and six carry-on bags. They picked us up on time and communicated with me before each pickup, that made me feel more comfortable. They changed owners and name during my vacation, previous name was ftl limos. The only effect this had on me was the 12 passenger Mercedes van was sold, so they picked us up at the airport with the 22 passenger party bus. Rented a party bus. the bathroom smelled like a horse stall with fabuloso. The driver was mostly concerned with his tip asking for it from the beginning of the trip. Then when one of my guest asked to be dropped off early he wanted to be compensated for the stop. Then when I asked about the advertisement he said, "that's only for weekdays, during the day." Who goes on a party bus in the middle of the day, and when did Friday stop being a weekday because I know it's included in the work week. I booked the 28 passenger bus for a night out trip in Miami. We were originally going to stop at other places but decided to just attend one. The bus stopped on the highway about 4 different times and the air did not work. The music would work and sometimes it would stop. We were literally sweating bullets. We were picked up at 945 and didn't make it to our destination til about 1230 resulting in us having to spend $150/piece for coverage bc we were so late. I have called the company on serveral occasions about this issue and even spoke with the manager. Each time they have told me that they were going to look into it and give me a call back. No one still have not returned my Call. Also the first time the bus driver called me he said I had to pay a mandatory 20% gratituity that I was never told about. I was told to pay based on the driver. I will never use their company again. I'm disappointed with their services. read more

DirecTV did not work at all. Not once. It was the sole reason we booked this bus down to Key west. The owner did nothing but give poor excuses ("the fog is blocking the signal" but there were nothing but blue skies our entire trip) and was unwilling to address my concern adequately or consider discounting the service due to the TV not working. We used FTL - based on previous reviewers to pick us up at FLL and take us to a hotel in Miami South Beach and then pick us up in Miami a week later and take us to a hotel in FLL. Both times the charge was very reasonable for 4 adults with 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 carry ons. T hey upgraded us to a stretch limo on the first drive which was a nice welcome to Florida. Their schedulers were awesome and the communication from the company and each driver were easy and definitely covered all the bases. When our red eye got delayed I emailed them at midnight PST and they rescheduled our pickup without a hitch. Texting the drivers to meet up curbside went seamlessly and we enjoyed fantastic drives with experienced, professional, personable drivers. We will definitely use FTL again when we come to Florida!
