On time/EARLY and even SUPER early today picking us up today at the port. It was HOT outside and we got out early, almost 2 hours before our set pickup time but they anticipated us getting out early and were Johnny on the SPOT. Also, they had cold water in a cooler on board for us. We used them twice... Airbnb to port. Port to airport. Couldn't ask for more in a transportation service!!! Don't hesitate to book!!!

They tracked our flight the entire way and once we landed were already at the airport ready to pick us up. I highly advise to use this service rather than Uber or Lyft as it was not only more personable but also safe and efficient. I give them 10/10!

I requested a few quotes from the airport to Bal Harbor and although this company was not the lowest price quoted, Eric was the most prompt to respond and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I appreciate how communicative he was and how easy the process was to set up. The inbound pickup at the airport was on time, the driver was courteous and professional and texted me his status and he knew the area really well and the SUV was a newer model and clean. Initially, I was just going to grab an Uber back to the airport at the end of our trip since it's cheaper, but the private driver, setup and ease of working with Eric was so professional, it made me book the return too. It was pleasant not to have to worry about the driver arriving on time to pick us up from the hotel. I'll definitely use this company on my next trip to southern Florida.

No such thing as a cheap and good limo…read more Being a newbie at getting a limo, I learned that. I had the hair brained idea of taking my gals birthday to the next level, and at the last minute I decided to call around and see what kind of offer I could get. I started with a friends company and was woken up by how pricey it was. There must be some hidden costs I can't see. But I did end up with a decent rate from A1A limos. The driver was a nice guy, he was right on time. He helped get things set up in the back so that we were good to go and comfortable. The limo itself was close to perfect. I believe we had to have our own ice ready but they had gave me a heads up on that so we were set. We had a great night. He drove us to and from a nice dinner and drinks and we blasted music and just had a great time. There is no great discount limo service. It if yer spending the money, A1A is a good call.
