Our driver, Elisha, was fantastic! We were traveling to a small private airport, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were at the correct location, confirming it several times before leaving. He was kind, professional, and courteous throughout the entire trip. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable at all times, even while navigating South Florida's torrential downpours. His professionalism and attention to detail made our travel experience stress-free. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend him. read more

Ray was our driver both to and from the airport. He was prompt, professional and friendly. Amazingly, he used his blinker not only for turns but for EVERY lane change he made on the streets and highways. He carried two of our three bags from the airport to the vehicle. Ray is a great representative of Black Pearl Limousine. read more

Great service. Pleasant driver. Highly recommend. Driver was very courteous and attentive.

He was the worst driver that I ever had since I have been using Black Pearl. He got the off 195 because there was a little traffic and took me some crazy way that made my trip an hour later than it should have been . He tried talking to me the whole trip when I was already aggravated. I do not take your service to have conversations with your drivers This was a horrible experience and I might not be using black pearl in the future This driver was obviously inexperienced read more

Absolutely wonderful company! Reliable, excellent drivers and wonderful customer service. Our flight was delayed four hours and when I called the office to let them know, the dispatcher answered immediately and they were already aware of the delays and were waiting for us when we walked down to baggage. We used Black Pearl Limousine service for the first time this month. The company is very organized and professional. Driver Elisha took four adults and all of our luggage to Port Everglades. At the end of our cruise, he returned to drive two of us home. Elisha is professional and friendly. The vehicles were excellent and he is an excellent driver. We hope to have him transport our family of ten this summer! read more

Excellent , excellent car service! Ii have been using car services regularly for more than 40 years, traveling for business & pleasure. . Eli is the BEST , most caring , reliable driver I have ever had, My flight was very late & it never showed up late on the Airline App. Was there Eli patiently waiting with a smile to greet me. I tore my knee on this business trip & could barely walk . Eli never let my carry my purse or do a thing but get me into the car, same as when he got me to my home. My trip was from Miami airport to My home in Boca Raton. Eli is also an excellent driver ! I have requested Eli every time and could not be happier! I have great comfort knowing Eli will be taking me & picking me up from my trips! The car is new, always spotless, with ice cold waters , individual hand sanitizer, extra name tags etc. I am a very fussy & very satisfied customer! read more

We used Black Pearl Limousine for our daughter Bat Mitzvah. Their service was awesome from start to finish. So easy to communicate with the office and to book the car we wanted at the time we wanted. The driver was beyond nice and made a great effort so everything will be perfect. He showed up before time and set a red carpet that the girls loved! He also helped set up the music. We had a couple of stops and he just told us to text him 10 min before we need to leave and he was there to pick us up!! The car was super clean!!! What a success!! read more

This was the my first time using this company and I found them to be communicative, prompt and beyond courteous. The vehicles I was in (round trip to airport) were clean and stocked with cold water, pen, hand sanitizer and luggage tags. I thought those were very thoughtful items. The driver was also kind, helpful and a true pleasure to ride with. I would use them again without any hesitation. read more

Great company from start to finish. I hired them to bring my Bride and her friends to the wedding. All of the arrangements were easy to make and they were very professional. I asked for roses to be given to each of my brides friends and to have a bottle of champagne for the ride. Driver was great at communication and arrived on time for pickup. Live tracking and communication from the driver kept me prepared for her arrival. Can't thank Black Pearly Limousine enough for a perfect experience and at what I think are very reasonable rates. I hire services all over the world as part of my job. This time it was for my own wedding. What a pleasure to do business with them. Rates are very fair for service offered. I will use them again for any event or need in South Florida and recommend them highly. The Groom read more

Requested quotes on Yelp for a sprinter for 14 people and Black Pearl had the best pricing! Excellent response time and communication. My only issue was when their office called me to set up the reservation. The young lady on the phone was difficult to understand and misspelled names and addresses on my reservation which could ultimately cause a problem. I had to call her back several times for corrections and even had to ask her to please take me off of speaker because of the noise. Other than that, I was happy with the chauffeur service and the Sprinter. I received emails and texts with updates before my reservation time which I appreciated. read more

BPL was amazing from start to finish. They helped my family of 6 plus 2 toddlers easily get to Port Everglades. Great communication! Sent reminders starting 10 days prior to the pick-up. Got another reminder 72 and 24 hours before pick-up. Got a text the driver was on his way and he arrived 10 minutes early. Elisha was wonderful. He helped take the luggage from the house and loaded the car. We had a smooth ride to the airport (MIA). He dropped us off right by the door and waited with my wife until a skycap came with a wheelchair. The luxury sedan we ordered was a new Cadillac which was spotless inside and out. Wonderful experience and have even requested that Elisha pick us up on our return. read more
