The service was always perfect and the drivers were friendly and able to answer all my questions, and they gave me outstanding recommendations as to which parts of the city I should explore. Jose and Hanio were always professional and always on time. The van was immaculate, and so comfortable to ride in. I cannot review the actual service because I canceled due to very poor customer service during the reservation. I got conflicting quotes between the emailed quote, the website, and 2 different reservation representatives. One rep, Rio, was very nice and helpful. The second, whose name I did not get, was very short with me and argued that the website, the quote, and the other agent were all wrong and my trip would be $300 more than initially quoted. He got defensive when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I didn't bother waiting for a supervisor call back as I had a very bad feeling after that interaction, so I canceled my reservation and booked elsewhere. read more

I am so impressed with Hanio and Carlos and the team at Airport Super Express. They exceeded VERY expectation. They made traveling with our large party very seamless. Carlos arrived on time, very time. Our calls we promptly answered and the driver (Carlos) remained in constant contact with me giving up dates during a very complex pick up at port pick up.our people We are a party of 13, (6 kids and 5 adults) with 20 bags total traveling from the San Francisco Bay Area to Miami. When it came to selecting transportation we were at a severe disadvantage being from out of town. I trusted the YELP community to help find the right transport. Most calls were not returned or denied due to the large size of the party or it was to cost prohibitive. Our trip included four legs over a 10 day period of time. Our trip started at a late pick at the Miami International Airport traveling to the hotel, followed by the next day transport to cruise ship at the port of Miami. Seven days later we were picked up and transported to back to the hotel, followed by a return trip, two days later to the airport. ASE arrived with a ford 15 passenger with a trailer that accommodated all our luggage. ASE was never late and communicated with impeccable attention to detail. I highly recommend this company. Great experience with Airport Super Express. We booked online and the price was reasonable for our trip from the Ft Lauderdale airport to downtown Miami. They had the toddler seat already installed. Driver was polite and professional. Van was clean and comfortable. I wish we would have booked them to pick us up from the cruise terminal and back to the airport instead of using the cruise shuttle. On 2/20/20202 we contracted with Airpot Super Express of Miami to transport our group of 14 from the Ft. Lauderdale airport to the Hampton Inn, Miami. Our original arrival time was 11:30 PM but our eventual arrival time was 3:30 AM. There were there to transport us even at that ungodly hour and were very friendly and helpful. They returned the next morning to transport us to our cruise ship. Their prices are very reasonable. The office staff, Hanoi and Daniel were always very helpful. I had a wonderful experience with this company. We were recently in Miami for a cruise. We flew into Fort Lauderdale airport and needed transportation to Miami hotel. Plus, our group arrived in two batches. The people at this company were great. I was not very good at estimating the necessary time for pick ups but they were flexible and did a great job of meeting our needs. We used the shared shuttle vans. They were very clean and pretty new. We had two different drivers for our three trips. Both drivers were very friendly, informative, & fun. I felt the prices were very competitive as well. We had two separate bookings, the first was on 4/28 from the airport to our hotel. We requested ahead of time (both online and on the phone) a rear facing car seat for our 11 month old, and a booster for our 4 year old. For this booking, our flight arrived somewhat early, so we probably had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver to arrive. There were two car seats. They were both set to forward facing, and we needed one that was rear facing. The seat my 4 year old was in was broken and was not installed properly. The belt to cinch him in would not tighten. The 2nd booking was on 4/29 from the hotel to the cruise port. Our driver was pleasant and timely. However, we had additional car seat issues. This time, there was only one seat, and it was also installed forward facing. Our four year old did not have an appropriate child safety seat. We specifically selected this company as we were promised appropriate and safe seating for our children. Given the issues that we had, we would not use this service again. read more

Booked a cruise for 4 people and did not have a way from Miami Airport to the Port of Miami then to Palms Spa and Resort and finally back to Miami Airport. So, I decided to handle everything so that no one has to have any worries. Googled shuttles and found the Airport Super Express shuttle service. Called and booked. Very easy, convenient, and they sent me directions on what to look for/not to look for with their service. A white bus with a smiley face on the front window. Once I arrived in Miami I called to let the driver know when we landed. Once again when I was on my way to pick up our luggage. By the time we got outside (we had 2 smokers) the two were able to light up and then we saw the minivan! Instead of having to get on a bus with other cruise members we had our own transportation after a plane ride, which is nice because we were in coach. The driver even stopped because one of the ladies wanted to stop at a store and get some vodka and put it in a water bottle - by the way, this worked getting her booze on the ship!!! The driver said sometimes people pour it in Listerine bottles as well! After the cruise, I called when we were leaving and voile' he was there when we got out of the disembarkation process. Again, the same lady wanted him to stop at a bank in which he did! Very nice driver, I think his name was Carlos! He was from Columbia and spoke very eloquently. In the morning that we were going back to Miami Airport he texted me with the time he will be picking us up! Very nice and convenient - again. The girls were very impressed with my planning. Of course this was a little pricey it cost each of us about $40 each, but the convenience and having the driver there waiting for us was totally worth it. Called to schedule a shuttle for 7 from a Miami area hotel to the Ft Lauderdale airport. Was given a "between 2:00 and 2:15 pickup". I called at 2:15 after no contact from the driver. He said that he was 10 minutes away. I called again at 2:27, he pulled in at 2:30. No apology, no explanation, nothing. The van was nice, clean and spacious, but I'd never use them again. read more

Awesome customer service, fast friendly and on time Every Time! I was sent a text the morning of pickup from our hotel with expected time of arrival. Our driver Jose Zuniga was very courteous, friendly and informative, He was very helpful in assisting my 75 yr mother and father on to the shuttle. He explained everything to us on the way to the port of Miami and where and how we would find Him on the day of return. At the port he made sure we had a valet to assist in our luggage etc. On the day of return I received a txt early that morning asking for me to txt when my disembarkation time was and that once I have my luggage in hand to please txt again. Completely impressed with the service and friendliness of the drivers and booking agents. We booked a return trip from our hotel to the cruise port last week. They confirmed the pickup same day and gave the option to pay onsite along with sending me an immediate confirmation. Upon returning from our cruise, as promised I received a text with instructions on how/where to meet our driver, the process was so easy and efficient, along with being cost effective. Our party of 6 would have had to take 2 taxis to the hotel at roughly the same cost if not more. I cant believe it took 6 cruises to think about using this company for our transfers. We even booked them for a 4am pickup to get us back to the airport 2 days later. No problem! Will definitely recommend your service to others and will call again when in Miami! read more

So you all are just letting anyone drive uber, whether they can speak a stitch of English or not. In a perfect world you get your uber & it's a quiet ride with no issues. God forbid you have an issue & need to communicate with the driver. They are like deer in headlights. No habla English. I'm from Indiana & had to take innumerable uber's today in Miami. We booked a round trip for my family (which was a group of 7) to take us and pick us up from the cruise port in Ft Lauderdale. We were traveling for my daughters quinceañera so we had all our luggage, my daughters big fluffy dress, and 3 tuxedos. The seats are very comfortable, they recline further than any other van that I have ridden and the seats are wide, but the downfall is the doors are hard to reach to open if you sit in the passenger seats, someone from the front seats have to open your hem for you, I would think that would be a safety issue, if you were in an accident and people in front were unconscious and the car was on fire you will burn to death because you cannot open your he door on your own, someone literally needs to open the door from your he outside. read more

I was very disappointed with this service, in fact, not service at all. We paid in advance the transfer Port Miami-Airport Miami. I've called to confirm the service first thing in the morning (of the pick-up day). I was waiting long and long where Airport Super Express told me to wait. They had my handy number but they didn't even try to reach me. While waiting (because the pick-up hour was already passed...by more than 45 min!!) I was calling and calling Airport Super Express and NO-ONE picked up the phone. I had to take a regular taxi...which cost was even cheaper than Airport Super Express (27 USD vs 31 USD of Airport Super Express). Once I've got to the airport, I then wrote a whatsapp to them and the only thing they did was to sent to me a photo of the port (sorry, it could be a foto of the pick up spot but not necessarily of that day) and that's it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. I would not recommend it at all. They have no customer orientation. A pity!! Do not contrat them. read more
