Then she started chatting with the passenger on the front seat and missed her exit to the airport. She had to reroute and it put 30 minutes into our schedule. Finally we got to the airport she dropped all of us off at the arrival level -- added additional time to our 30 minutes to go to departure level. The whole time she continued talking incessantly with the passenger, talking about her life: her daughter graduating, how she lived in Alaska, how Florida is full of stupid people, on and on .....I feel that she compromised our safety, and delayed our arrival.

Bus had seating issues in West Palm and sounded like overbooking. Out sons neighbor on bus was grossly oversized for his window seat in economy. (Buy correct seat size for all comfort) The gentlemen also vaped the entire route which should not happen in enclosed areas. No room to stretch out even in aisle seat to rest. One and done .... I also would like to add that on both days the father figure of the others in the car proceeded to help him put our luggage in and out of the vehicle which I find strange unless of course he was transporting them without VIP knowing. "Carlos" might have a side job going that VIP is unaware of. In my opinion this man should not be working for any reputable car service.
